Heihe: border-city crafts, the Sacred Water Festival and cross-border celebration

Heihe Municipality includes crafts such as Aihui lanterns, wheat-straw pictures and fish-skin ornaments, alongside place- and community-specific occasions such as the Wudalianchi Sacred Water Festival and Aihui Banjin events.
