Yangzhou Hanjiang CNC forming machine tools

Formation and regional foundations

Long-standing machine-tool production, anchor builders, casting, forging and control suppliers, and Yangtze Delta manufacturing customers formed the network. Jiangsu government data record nearly CNY 15 billion of output from 92 local SMEs in 2022.

Hanjiang CNC forming machinery spans presses, bending, punching, shearing, automated feeding and controls. Rated force and stroke are only a starting point because material, tooling, off-centre load, cycle and safeguards shape real production. A machine purchase uses customer sheet and tooling for first-part, continuous-run and stop-recovery acceptance.

01 · Ninety-Two Firms and 3,250 Tonnes Are Different Scales

Firm count, output, share and one-machine rating each have an object.

Jiangsu cluster information records 92 related SMEs in Hanjiang in 2022, with output of about RMB 15 billion and 71.65 percent of cluster output. An industry-ministry list confirms 2023 specialised-cluster recognition. A separate 2023 example mentions a large 3,250-tonne press.

Ninety-two counts entities, RMB 15 billion is SME economic output, and 71.65 percent compares that output with the cluster. The 3,250 tonnes describes rated force of one machine, not its weight, annual production or every plant ceiling. Dividing the measures has no engineering meaning.

An industry update retains the 2022 firm and output scope, the 2023 recognition document, and maker and model for the machine example. Company capacity is confirmed by product, assembly site, shift and order records. The large press remains a verifiable technical example only.

02 · A Yangli Product Entry Starts with the Customer Part

Neither cluster scale nor company profile replaces process definition.

Hanjiang cluster information shows a forming-machinery base, while the Yangli profile identifies a particular equipment operator. The two levels help a customer locate Yangli and its product direction. Ninety-two firms, RMB 15 billion and the large-press example cannot become current Yangli capacity or orders.

The same rated-force machine behaves differently with mild steel, aluminium or high-strength steel because springback, energy and tool loads change. A stamped part also depends on blanking, drawing, restriking and station sequence. Selection by maximum thickness alone can miss off-centre load, stroke and feed space.

A Yangli enquiry supplies part drawing, material grade and thickness range, annual volume, tool information, current process and target cycle. The proposal gives force-stroke curve, table, shut height, feeding and safeguards. Factory acceptance uses real material and representative tooling rather than an idle run alone.

03 · Yawei Accuracy Must Hold through Changeover and Continuous Running

A company site provides a model entry; cluster data does not prove machine performance.

Hanjiang industry information shows a local forming-equipment concentration, while the Yawei website identifies another machine company and product entry point. The material supports candidate selection. Cluster output share and SME count disclose no accuracy, utilisation or lead time for a Yawei machine.

A bending, punching or shearing machine can meet accuracy on a cold first part and drift under heat, tool wear, hydraulic change or material variation. High-mix work also changes tools, programmes and fixtures frequently. One static measurement does not cover those conditions.

Yawei acceptance samples a cold first part, warmed continuous parts and recovery parts after changeover separately. Each set records programme, material, tooling, measurement, cycle and defect cause. A customer relying on automation also tests stacking error and manual recovery after a fault.

04 · Cluster Recognition Cannot Replace Machine Electrical Safety

GB/T 5226.1-2019 addresses machine electrical equipment; the cluster list addresses industry.

The 2023 industry-ministry cluster list confirms the Hanjiang industrial designation, while GB/T 5226.1-2019 published by the market regulator provides requirements for machine electrical equipment. One recognises a region; the other applies to machine design and verification. Cluster status does not make a machine compliant.

Forming machines present motion, crushing, ejected-part, tooling and stored-energy hazards, so electrical safety works with mechanical guards and hydraulic or pneumatic release. Emergency stop addresses defined hazards and may not isolate all maintenance energy. A user-interface warning cannot replace hardware control when a safety circuit is bypassed.

Machine acceptance checks drawings, component ratings, protective bonding, wire identification, emergency stop, interlocks, reset and prevention of unexpected start. Tests cover power recovery, sensor faults, maintenance mode and guard activation and record responses. Other safety standards and site rules required by the risk assessment are listed separately.

05 · Yangli and Yawei Listed Together Do Not Prove Shared Technology or Orders

Two forming-equipment companies remain independent operators.

Yangli and Yawei both offer equipment-enquiry routes, yet a buyer compares their machines against a defined part, material and process. Their presence in Yangzhou forming machinery does not make presses, bending machines or control solutions interchangeable. The public pages also describe no reciprocal production, shared control technology or joint selling arrangement.

A customer can buy both brands for one production line, and an integrator may feed both machines. Coexistence in a project creates no direct contract between manufacturers. Even with the same CNC brand, machine parameters, interfaces and warranties remain with each supplier.

A comparison sends one part, material, tooling boundary, volume and acceptance method to both firms but retains technical and commercial files separately. Each factory test uses its own machine serial and gauges. Any joint integration duty must be explicit in a multi-party contract.

06 · Yadon Information Must Match the Current Model and Plant

Cluster information provides context; a company site is not a stock or schedule promise.

Hanjiang cluster information records the local forming-machinery industry, while the Yadon website provides a third representative business entry point. The two levels support further enquiry. Public material gives no stock, current loading, bought-in component arrival or final lead time for a target model.

Large-machine timing depends on structural fabrication, heat treatment, machining, assembly, controls, tooling trials and customer witness. Delay of one motor or CNC component can stop the machine before integration. Available assembly floor does not mean all long-lead parts are complete.

A Yadon proposal includes a manufacturing breakdown covering design freeze, long-lead parts, structure completion, assembly, power-on, trial forming and dispatch. The customer checks physical progress and serial numbers rather than percentages alone. A substitute affecting delivery receives technical and commercial approval before installation.

07 · Trial Forming with Real Material Tests Performance and Risk Control

Industry and standards provide context; part data determines acceptance.

National specialised-cluster recognition shows an organised Hanjiang industry, while GB/T 5226.1-2019 provides general machine-electrical safety requirements. They help screen a region and set equipment baselines. Final acceptance still covers customer parts, tooling, volume and site safety conditions.

Idle running checks direction, basic interlocks and noise but does not expose springback, tool off-centre load, feeder slip or scrap blockage. One first part also misses thermal drift and sustained cycle. Acceptance samples startup, steady operation, stopping and fault recovery.

The forming trial defines material lot, tool, lubrication, feeding, programme, measurement points, sample size and allowed downtime. Safety verification covers guard opening, two-hand control or light curtain, emergency stop and post-reset behaviour. Customer and supplier witness accepted data linked to the machine serial.

  • A successful idle cycle cannot replace continuous tool-under-load production.

08 · Close Hanjiang Machine Procurement around One Part

Requirements, design, build, trial, installation and service revolve around one part.

Hanjiang SME count and output show a machinery and supply base, while Yangli and Yadon websites provide company entry points. Regional concentration supports comparison of machines, automation and services. It neither designs the customer process nor guarantees cycle time for a machine.

The project first freezes representative drawing, material, annual volume, existing defects, route and measurement before approving machine-tool interfaces. Manufacturing tracks critical structures and bought-in parts, and factory acceptance completes continuous forming and safety cases. After shipment, site work repeats accuracy, cycle and function.

Production observation records yield, tool life, changeover, downtime, energy, noise, repair response and spare use. Issue closure separates machine, tool, material and operator causes. New thicknesses, materials or product families are added only after the representative part consistently meets thresholds.
