Yancheng Tinghu flue-gas treatment equipment

Yancheng Tinghu flue-gas treatment equipment passes the flue-gas conditions of flue-gas temperature to electrostatic precipitators, then uses desulphurisation systems and temperature window to close the operating result. Pollutants, equipment and project status use separate evidence; treatment targets are not written as achieved performance.

Formation and regional foundations

Tinghu flue-gas equipment starts from inlet temperature, dust and sulphur-nitrogen chemistry, combining electrostatic collection, filter tubes, catalysts and system engineering. Pressure loss, emissions, energy and by-products must be judged within the same load range.

Tinghu flue-gas control faces inlet conditions that change with fuel and load. Collection, denitrification, pressure drop and continuous performance must be read at the same duty point; a zone target is not an achieved result for one project.

Core geography: A flue-gas treatment network in Yancheng Environmental Science and Technology City linking electrostatic collection, catalytic filtration, desulphurisation and denitrification, multi-pollutant control, diagnostics and engineering operations

The equipment path of one flue-gas stream

How inlet variation enters continuous performance testing

Process positions compare ceramic filter tubes, pressure drop and Environmental Science and Technology City; they do not represent installation distance for equipment in Yancheng Tinghu flue-gas treatment equipment.

  • Inlet gas temperature — Gas temperature and dust load shape materials and layout.
  • Electrostatic collection — Electrostatic collection depends on resistivity, flow and rapping.
  • Catalytic denitrification — SCR catalysts match temperature window, ammonia slip and plugging risk.
  • System pressure drop — Pressure drop connects fan margin, energy and ash deposition.
  • Performance assessment — Performance tests retain load, inlet conditions and continuous duration.

01 · A flue stream first needs an operating profile

Temperature, flow, dust and pollutant composition determine the route.

The Tinghu cluster page lists desulphurisation, electrostatic collection, incinerators and catalysts, showing that no single device fits every flue stream. Coal boilers, cement kilns, waste incineration and industrial furnaces produce different temperature, dust and pollutant combinations, changing materials and process order. A cluster with several product types offers choices; it does not create one universal device. Equipment combinations follow the actual fuel and load, including bypass or added heat during start-stop.

Dust resistivity, SO2, NOx, acid species and moisture affect collection, corrosion and catalyst life. Design data must represent operating conditions. Representative duty covers normal operation plus high moisture, low temperature, load variation and fuel change. A poorly mixed sampling point can mislead equipment sizing and hide corrosion or catalyst-poisoning risk behind an average. Short peaks can determine material and bypass capacity, yet long sampling intervals may average them away.

Front-end testing records minimum, normal and maximum loads plus start-stop and abnormal fuel, creating a design envelope instead of one average. The test plan states points, frequency and analytical method, with abnormal fuel and start-stop duration counted separately. The supplier then sets a guarantee envelope and the owner maintains it, allowing responsibility for deviation to be assigned. Operation outside the envelope uses contractual correction methods while retaining inlet conditions and operating adjustments for retest.

  • Boilers, cement kilns, incinerators and industrial furnaces require different equipment sequences because temperature, dust and pollutants differ.
  • Dust resistivity, moisture, acid species and load variation jointly affect collection, corrosion and catalyst life.
  • Front-end testing covers minimum, normal and maximum load plus start-stop and abnormal fuel to establish an enforceable guarantee envelope.

02 · Electrostatic collection depends on field and dust

Resistivity, gas distribution and rapping affect outlet concentration.

The Feida Yancheng base and Tinghu chain pages support a large flue-equipment manufacturing node. Group business is not every capability of the Jiangsu site. Feida’s Yancheng manufacturing node supports checks of local equipment, plant and staff; products at other group sites do not automatically belong there. Procurement still identifies which legal entity manufactures, inspects and contracts the target precipitator or package. Site capability is checked through specific equipment and recent manufacture.

Adding field length does not automatically solve high resistivity or gas maldistribution, and rapping can create re-entrainment. High-resistivity dust can cause back corona, low-resistivity particles lose charge easily, and gas maldistribution overloads local fields. Adding collection area without treating gas and dust behaviour can raise investment while emissions remain unstable. Electrical settings are revised when ash composition changes.

A proposal comparison requests inlet dust, size, resistivity, temperature, moisture, gas distribution and power-control basis, then agrees the performance-test condition. The proposal should define field sections, power control, rapping logic and hopper handling, plus fuel and load for performance testing. If inlet conditions leave the envelope, record the deviation and apply the contractual correction instead of comparing outlet values alone. Hopper level and ash-conveying reliability also enter testing.

  • The Feida Yancheng site needs checks of equipment, staff and recent manufacture; group capability cannot all be assigned locally.
  • A longer electrical field does not automatically solve high resistivity, back corona, gas maldistribution or rapping re-entrainment.
  • A proposal states dust size, temperature and moisture, field sections, power logic, hoppers and fuel used for performance testing.

03 · Filter tubes and catalysts share a pressure-drop budget

Filtration, reaction and cleaning jointly determine energy and life.

The chain account separates Saitu ceramic-fibre or catalytic filter tubes from Longking Kejie low-temperature denitrification catalysts, showing distinct roles. Ceramic tubes capture particles, and some integrate catalytic function; a separate denitrification catalyst may sit in another temperature zone. Their installation, cleaning, deactivation and replacement strategies should not be treated as one consumable. Catalytic tubes and separate catalysts use different spare strategies.

Finer filtration can raise pressure drop, while catalytic activity depends on temperature, plugging and poisoning. Laboratory efficiency cannot be projected across a year. Rising pressure drop increases fan energy, while aggressive cleaning can damage media or cause penetration. Alkali metals, sulphur and dust plugging can separate laboratory catalyst activity from field life, so long-term trends matter. Insufficient fan margin lets pressure drop limit treatment load.

Selection evaluates inlet load, temperature window, cleaning method, permissible pressure drop, regeneration and replacement together, retaining deactivated samples for analysis. Trials should record pressure drop, emissions and cleaning frequency at several loads, with periodic samples for plugging, wear and activity. Replacement thresholds consider emissions, energy and structural safety rather than one laboratory result. Inspection photographs match operating hours and cleaning counts.

  • Ceramic tubes capture particles, while a separate low-temperature catalyst sits in another stage with a different spare and replacement strategy.
  • Finer filtration raises pressure drop, while plugging and poisoning reduce activity; laboratory efficiency does not establish annual life.
  • Multi-load trials record pressure drop, emissions, cleaning and activity, with inspection photographs tied to hours and cleaning counts.

04 · Multi-pollutant control needs a defined sequence

Dust, sulphur, nitrogen and carbon control change one another’s inlet.

The Tinghu page places Zhongchuang Qingyuan multi-pollutant and carbon-capture work and the CNBM institute’s cement-kiln flue work in different engineering contexts. Cement-kiln gas has distinctive dust, temperature and alkaline species, while multi-pollutant and carbon-capture projects add energy and material streams. The engineering contexts can inform each other but cannot share parameters or guarantees directly. Alkali and chlorine cycles in kilns also affect equipment layout.

Upstream cooling or desulphurisation changes downstream catalytic conditions, while weak collection increases plugging. The highest single-device efficiency may not optimise the system. System order changes downstream inlets: desulphurisation moisture can affect low-temperature catalysis, and collection position determines catalyst dust load. A locally efficient device can still fail the line through pressure drop, corrosion or by-products. By-product destination feeds back into reagent and process selection.

A design review maps each inlet and outlet, bypass, reagent, utility and by-product route, accepting the line through total emissions and energy. The process map should show temperature, pressure, pollutants and materials through each stage and define bypass and start-stop conditions. Line acceptance observes emissions, energy, reagents and by-product quality so burden is not shifted downstream. The line guarantee defines each unit’s state during testing.

  • Alkali-chlorine cycles in cement kilns cannot share one parameter set with the energy and material flows of multi-pollutant or capture projects.
  • Desulphurisation moisture, collection position and upstream cooling alter downstream catalysis, pressure loss, corrosion and by-products.
  • Line review maps inlets, outlets, bypasses, reagents, utilities and by-products, accepting through emissions and energy together.

05 · 141 above-scale firms do not share one flue line

Park totals stay separate from the flue-gas cluster boundary.

The 141 above-scale industrial firms in the environmental zone also include water treatment, solid waste, soil remediation, and other park manufacturers, so they cannot all be counted as flue-gas equipment companies. The national list confirms one specific flue-gas treatment cluster whose firms, output, and products require their own defined scope. Broad park scale describes the service environment but is not the chain denominator and cannot be allocated to an individual firm.

The park total is not a supplier count for flue-gas equipment and says nothing about market share for a catalyst or precipitator. Supplier count for one product requires firm-by-firm checks of core products, plant and actual projects; market share also needs comparable sales. The park total has neither product classification nor firm revenue and supports neither calculation. Market share needs common products and sales periods.

A company table first filters actors directly tied to flue temperature, dust, sulphur and nitrogen pollutants and operations, then checks products and projects. The filtered table can classify equipment, consumables, engineering, testing and operations and record applicable industries. Separate duty sheets for kilns, boilers and incineration prevent unrelated environmental businesses from entering the flue-gas supply list. Engineering and operations actors also state their service geography.

  • The environmental city’s 141 above-scale firms also include water, solid waste, soil and other industrial actors.
  • The park total is neither a flue-equipment supplier count nor a sales basis for catalyst or precipitator share.
  • The company table separates equipment, consumables, design, testing and operations, with different duty sheets for boilers, kilns and incineration.

06 · What Feida, Zhongchuang Qingyuan and the CNBM institute each deliver

A manufacturing base, technology company and institute carry different responsibility.

Jiangsu Feida’s disclosed capability sits near large-equipment manufacture, Zhongchuang Qingyuan provides multi-pollutant schemes and operating service, and the CNBM institute links research, design and kiln engineering. In one retrofit, equipment boundaries, control logic, site commissioning and performance guarantees need a named owner. Geographic proximity may shorten coordination, but it does not merge their drawings, deliverables or contractual duties.

Equipment is accepted by performance and manufacturing records, a solution by operating conditions and system guarantee, and a research-design project also by intellectual deliverables and site responsibility. Manufacturing records trace material, welding and inspection; a process package defines calculations, control logic and guarantees; research design adds models and intellectual property. One equipment-purchase checklist would miss key deliverables across the three roles.

List equipment supply, process package, installation and commissioning and long-term operations separately, then remove interface gaps with one responsibility matrix. The responsibility matrix also joins bypasses, instruments, utilities and by-product disposal across packages. Before work, define who retains commissioning data, leads retesting after a miss and supplies long-term consumables. One party owns cross-package interlocks and start-stop sequencing.

  • Jiangsu Feida focuses on equipment, Zhongchuang Qingyuan on combined process service, and the CNBM institute on research, design and kiln engineering.
  • Manufacturing records trace materials and welds, process packages explain calculations and control, while research results add models and intellectual property.
  • The responsibility matrix joins bypasses, instruments, utilities, commissioning data and consumables, with one owner for cross-package interlocks.

07 · Digital diagnosis must return to equipment physics

Sensors, models and maintenance advice must explain the anomaly.

The Tinghu intelligent-application page shows sensing, diagnostics, parameter optimisation and predictive maintenance entering dust and NOx control. A case does not mean every firm has upgraded. Intelligent applications can monitor pressure, temperature, electrical fields and catalyst activity, but failure mechanisms differ by equipment. One case shows a method at one site, not that every Tinghu firm has installed the same sensors or model.

A rising pressure differential may come from ash, plugging or an instrument problem, while temperature deviation may reflect a process change. Model alarms need field evidence. Sensor drift creates false trends, while changing duty can move normal values beyond a fixed threshold. Alarm interpretation checks equipment, process load and instrument health, confirms manually if needed, then chooses cleaning, repair or process adjustment.

A pilot closes sensor calibration, alarm threshold, human confirmation, maintenance action and result, recording false and missed alarms. A pilot should choose equipment with fault history and establish baseline false alarms and downtime without the model. Each alarm then travels from raw signal through human judgement, maintenance and retest to show whether unplanned downtime actually falls. A model update is reassessed against the same baseline.

  • One diagnostic case shows usefulness at a specific site, not the same upgrade across all Tinghu firms.
  • A pressure or temperature alarm may come from equipment, duty or sensor drift, so model conclusions need field corroboration.
  • A pilot follows raw signals through human judgement, maintenance and retest, separately counting false alarms, misses and downtime changes.

08 · Park positioning stays separate from company projects

Positioning language does not become an independent fact.

The park annual review places flue-gas control beside zero-carbon, electronics, and new-energy sectors, each with different company and project boundaries. Investment, revenue, or recruitment reported for the whole park does not belong to the flue-gas chain merely because its firms operate there. A total must be rebuilt from identified equipment, legal entities, and periods; parallel sectors may share infrastructure but do not own one another’s results.

Positioning shows policy emphasis but not market share, equipment performance or orders. Parallel sectors cannot enter flue-cluster output. Industry positioning can guide investment and resources but does not create orders or prove guaranteed equipment performance. A company is judged by products, manufacture or projects; a unit by test data under its applicable duty.

Products, projects and statistics each need a date and stated scope. Promotional language cannot replace continuous operating data. Every figure should state whether it covers the park, cluster, company project or one unit and retain its period. Continuous operating data also needs load and inlet conditions, making emissions or energy results reviewable rather than showing one best moment. Best values and long-term distributions are shown separately, with abnormal downtime identified.

  • Flue control, zero carbon, electronics and new energy in the annual review are parallel sectors with different statistical boundaries.
  • Development positioning may guide investment but does not prove orders, market share or guaranteed equipment performance.
  • Figures for park, cluster, company project and individual unit separately state date, inlet conditions and long-term distribution.
