Shaoxing Shengzhou smart integrated stoves

Shengzhou integrates cooking, extraction, steaming and baking with cabinetry, supported by motor, sheet-metal, glass, control, testing and channel partners in a civilian kitchen-appliance cluster.

Formation and regional foundations

Local kitchenware and motor production, specialist brands, supplier concentration and home-improvement channels drove scale. Zhejiang official records describe nearly 500 kitchen-related firms.

Shengzhou integrated stoves combine gas hobs, extraction and steam, baking or disinfection modules with sheet metal, glass, motors, valves and cabinetry. After laboratory performance passes, the home still brings gas type, flue, cut-out, power, heat rejection and cleaning access. Safe delivery depends on product, cabinet and installation conditions matching at the same time.

01 · Five Hundred, Two Shares and 2024 Have Different Objects

Firm count, stove output, kitchenware output and recognition year cannot be added.

Zhejiang economic information records about 500 related firms in Shengzhou in 2023, more than 60 percent of national integrated-stove output and around 30 percent of kitchenware output. An industry-ministry list dates national specialised-cluster recognition to 2024. The measures describe entities, products and a policy event separately.

Kitchenware is broader than integrated stoves and can include other appliances, parts or utensils, so the two shares do not validate each other. Firm count can also include appliance, component and service entities. Allocating output shares across 500 firms would hide differences in product and scale.

The industry table maintains the enterprise register, integrated-stove output scope, kitchenware definition and recognition document separately with dates. Company sales, production and share require current disclosures. A parts-only or service-only entity does not enter complete-appliance capability.

02 · An Entive Entry Must Resolve to Model and Kitchen Conditions

Industry scale shows the Shengzhou base; a company site cannot replace installation survey.

Shengzhou cluster information shows an appliance and supply base, while the Entive website identifies a kitchen-appliance operator and product entry point. Together they help users find candidate models. Five hundred firms and national output shares cannot become Entive sales, capacity or service coverage.

One visual series can have different gas categories, voltage, cooking modules and flue directions, with cut-outs changing by model. An older home may have unsuitable flue resistance, circuit or gas connection. Ordering from showroom dimensions alone can reveal connection or cooling failures only after delivery.

An Entive order freezes full model, gas, ratings, dimensions, cut-out, flue, power and accessories after survey. The installer confirms site photographs and survey sheet before dispatch. A substitute model triggers renewed cabinet, flue and regulatory review.

03 · Sanfer Performance Must Match the Complete Module Combination

A company site provides product entry; cluster share does not prove appliance metrics.

Shengzhou industry information provides an integrated-stove manufacturing context, while the Sanfer website identifies another kitchen-appliance operator. The sources support company and product screening. National output share discloses no thermal efficiency, extraction, temperature rise or fault rate for a Sanfer model.

One module in an integrated appliance changes temperature and airflow around the others. High hob output combined with steam or baking can raise enclosure heat, electrical load and cabinet-surface temperature beyond single-module tests. Separate airflow or heating results cannot represent the complete combination.

Sanfer model acceptance lists allowed simultaneous modules and restrictions and tests tightness, combustion, flue gas, extraction, noise, temperature, electrical protection and abnormal stop. A changed door, fan or control board triggers affected combination cases. User instructions must state every limitation confirmed in those tests.

04 · Cluster Recognition Does Not Replace Domestic Gas-Hob Safety

GB 16410-2020 governs applicable hobs; the cluster list evaluates industry.

The 2024 industry-ministry cluster list confirms the Shengzhou designation, while GB 16410-2020 published by the market regulator addresses domestic gas hobs. One recognises a region; the other applies to a product. Steam, electrical or extraction modules in an integrated appliance can have further requirements.

Mismatched gas category, pressure, injector or air supply can cause poor ignition, incomplete combustion or flame loss. A strong extraction fan also changes airflow around the hob. Safety devices require validation in the complete construction and specified installation rather than burner-only results.

Product information states gas type, pressure, installation space, ventilation and applicable standard version. The test report is checked against model, valve, burner, control and construction. Installation repeats tightness, ignition, flame and flame-failure checks, and an incompatible injector is not improvised on site.

05 · Entive and Sanfer Listed Together Do Not Create Shared Products or Channels

Two Shengzhou operators retain independent models, contracts and service duties.

Entive and Sanfer maintain their own kitchen-appliance and service channels. Their models may sit side by side in one kitchen schedule, but gas type, cut-out, certificate and service duty follow the named brand and model. Available public information does not support claims of outsourcing between them, shared lines or unified after-sales service.

A dealer can sell several brands, and an installation team may serve more than one. That is the channel operator arrangement and creates no manufacturer relationship. Similar-looking parts do not prove interchangeable ducts, control boards or enclosures.

Brand files separately retain authorised dealer, selling entity, payee, installer qualification, warranty and part codes. A two-brand comparison uses one kitchen condition but keeps quotations, samples and survey sheets separate. A claim of common parts needs written confirmation from each company.

06 · Senge Company Information Must Resolve to the Delivered Model

Cluster scale provides choice; a company site promises neither store stock nor installation quality.

Shengzhou kitchenware information shows many appliance and component firms, while the Senge website provides a third representative product and business entry point. Together they support consumer comparison. About 500 firms and national output share prove neither store stock nor installer performance for Senge.

A showroom unit may use another configuration or older lot, and an online page can group several specifications under one series. If the delivered label, gas category or module combination differs from contract, the cabinet and connections may no longer fit. A sales name cannot replace the full model.

A Senge order includes label sample, configuration, dimension drawing and required accessories, and receiving checks package and nameplate before installation. The installation sheet records gas, power, flue, cut-out, tightness and test run. Service tickets follow the appliance serial rather than store alone.

07 · Home Commissioning Extends Laboratory Safety into the Real Cabinet

A standard sets the product baseline; the site determines correct interfaces.

National specialised-cluster recognition shows the Shengzhou kitchenware base, while GB 16410-2020 provides safety requirements for applicable gas hobs. The two levels help select region and product. Final use also includes cabinet, flue, power, gas line and installer work.

Factory tests cannot reproduce every flue length, backdraft damper, shared-shaft pressure and cabinet cooling path. Poor extraction can return fumes, while a small cut-out can restrict air or service. A pinched hose, missing earth or blocked vent changes risk after installation.

Home acceptance first matches model to survey and then checks gas line, power, extraction, level, fixing and service access. Commissioning covers every burner, fan setting, module combination, flame-failure protection and power interruption. User and installer sign the issue list, and open items remain incomplete.

08 · Close a Shengzhou Product around One Real Kitchen

Survey, selection, build, transport, installation and service share one order identity.

Shengzhou firm count and integrated-stove output share show a mature supply chain, while Entive and Senge websites provide brand entry points. Regional density makes model and service comparison easier. It does not confirm gas, flue or cut-out for one kitchen or make any brand fit automatically.

After survey, the kitchen drawing, cut-out, flue, power, gas and model configuration are frozen, and sales and installation sheets reference one order. The manufacturing lot retains critical parts and safety tests, while packaging protects glass and doors. A model change is resolved before cabinetry is altered.

Use records extraction, ignition, temperature, noise, cleaning, fault codes, service response and part arrival. Root cause separates product, design, installation and site conditions. Additional modules or another home follow only after stable seasonal operation and maintenance completion.
