Quzhou Civil Fluorine-silicon Materials

Quzhou’s fluorine-silicon base includes fluorine materials, organic silicon and inorganic silicon. Intelligent Manufacturing New City supplies a multi-industry location, while patent navigation and digital-manufacturing projects connect technical services with company research.

Formation and regional foundations

Chemical-industry experience, development-zone integration and specialist research platforms extended the materials chain. Citywide new-materials statistics are broader than the fluorine-silicon segment and cannot be assigned directly to one material category.

Fluorine materials, organic silicon and inorganic silicon have distinct product boundaries in Quzhou, yet share industrial locations, engineering services and research platforms. The fluorine-silicon segment remains separate from the city’s wider new-materials statistics.

Core geography: Quzhou fluorine, organic-silicon and inorganic-silicon chains

Quzhou fluorine-silicon collaboration map

City chains, industrial locations and research platforms play different roles

Fluorine-silicon manufacturing and technical nodes is not drawn to scale; current project locations and transport information govern.

  • Quzhou city civil fluorine-silicon materials frame — Fluorine, organic silicon and inorganic silicon form the city’s main lines
  • Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City multi-industry carrier — A 121-square-kilometre planned area hosts several industries
  • Quzhou fluorine-silicon-cobalt new-materials patent-navigation project — Patent navigation once linked participants across fluorine, silicon and cobalt
  • Quzhou high-end fluorinated-materials digital-manufacturing link — Digital-manufacturing research focuses on advanced fluorinated-material processes
  • Zhejiang Zhongtian Dongfang recorded node — Zhongtian Dongfang participated in the public patent-navigation project
  • Quzhou Nangaofeng Chemical recorded node — Nangaofeng appeared as a participant in the project list
  • Zhejiang Kaisheng Fluorochemical live-platform node — Kaisheng researches fluorinated chemicals in Intelligent Manufacturing New City

01 · City chains and park boundaries differ

The fluorine-silicon identity does not cover every industry in the manufacturing new city.

Quzhou Civil Fluorine-silicon Materials uses Quzhou Municipality as its observation area. A 2022 provincial commerce profile separately identifies fluorine materials, organic silicon, and inorganic silicon chains. An investment platform describes Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City as a multi-industry carrier, while a 2026 report supplies wider new-materials-chain measures. City industry identity, carrier space, and broad-chain statistics occupy three levels and cannot be compressed into one present fluorine-silicon cluster.

A city foundation in fluorine and silicon does not make every Quzhou new-materials enterprise part of that subchain. Intelligent Manufacturing New City contains six industry-cluster directions, so its whole planned area is not a fluorine-silicon footprint. The wider new-materials-chain value and enterprise counts use a broader universe again. The scopes provide context for one another but disclose no allocation ratio, so none may be divided downward or used to estimate a civilian fluorine-silicon share.

Every number should first be assigned to Quzhou city, Intelligent Manufacturing New City, the fluorine-silicon subchain, or the wider new-materials chain, with report date and data year retained. The 121 square kilometres remains a carrier planned area. RMB 106.1 billion, five, and 345 remain citywide broad-chain measures. If dedicated fluorine-silicon statistics later appear, they should stand separately rather than being replaced by a ratio inferred from broader public records.

  • Scale makes sense only after assigning a figure to the city, the park or a material subchain.

02 · Four measures come from two statistical levels

Planned area has no shared denominator with citywide output or enterprise counts.

The four core measures come from two public records. A 2022 investment platform records 121 square kilometres as the whole planned area of Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City. A 2026 report reports RMB 106.1 billion in output value for Quzhou’s citywide new-materials chain during 2025 and lists five listed and 345 above-designated-size new-materials enterprises in its reported context. The first measure is spatial planning; the other three are wider-chain output or enterprise categories.

Area, output value, and enterprise counts use different units and universes, so they cannot be added, divided, or turned into an uncited intensity. The 121 square kilometres includes multiple carrier industries and is not completed fluorine-silicon park land. The other measures cover Quzhou’s wider new-materials chain, not the fluorine-silicon subchain, carrier, navigation project, or a company. The five listed enterprises may also sit within the 345 above-scale enterprises and are not additional firms.

Updating these measures requires separate carrier planning or construction-state material and like-for-like annual statistics for the citywide new-materials chain. A change in planned area does not directly explain output, and a change in enterprise categories does not determine company operation. Comparison with another city must align carrier boundary, industry coverage, above-scale threshold, and year. Without a fluorine-silicon-specific denominator, output per square kilometre or a civilian-product share should not be calculated.

  • The 121 square kilometres describe a location; the other measures describe the broader materials sector.

03 · Fluorine, organic silicon and inorganic silicon form separate chains

Adjacent material names conceal different processes, uses and permissions.

The Zhejiang commerce department’s 2022 city profile describes Quzhou as having both fluorine and silicon industrial foundations and separately lists fluorine materials, organic silicon, and inorganic silicon chains. The record establishes city-level identity and chain structure. It provides no proof of continuing leadership after the report date, current numerical result, civilian-product share, park completion, company capacity, or company register, so chain names cannot carry those additional conclusions.

The three city chains and the fluorine-silicon-cobalt patent-navigation scope are not one classification table. The city profile separates fluorine materials, organic silicon, and inorganic silicon, whereas the navigation project combines fluorine, silicon, and cobalt for a public analytical exercise. Participation in the combined project does not identify a company’s precise chain or products. Similar wording creates thematic context but cannot replace evidence for products, capacity, markets, or civilian use.

A specific product category should be established through company permissions, catalogues, standards, testing, and statutory disclosure rather than inferred from a project title. Civilian observation also needs direct evidence of product use and sales setting; the present public records give no citywide civilian share. If a company spans multiple chains, classifications and dates should remain multiple rather than forcing one subsector. This uses the city framework without turning a broad name into precise business activity.

  • Company catalogues, standards and tests define a product more reliably than a project title.

04 · Intelligent Manufacturing New City is multi-industry

Its planned boundary is not the fluorine-silicon production footprint.

The official investment platform records Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City as an integration of the national economic-development and high-tech zones, with 121 square kilometres of planned area. It lists fluorine-silicon materials alongside lithium-battery materials, electronic chemicals, and other directions among six industry clusters. A provincial science-service platform also locates Zhejiang Kaisheng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd. in the carrier. Carrier identity and company locality are established, but the whole space cannot be assigned to one industry or company.

Planned area describes the overall administrative and industrial carrier, not completed land, available land, or a fluorine-silicon production footprint. Enterprise, above-scale, high-tech, listed-company, and target figures on the report also use a carrier-wide scope and cannot become fluorine-silicon results. Integration of national economic-development and high-tech zones explains the carrier’s origin but does not give every internal project one schedule. The carrier name remains separate from a specific park, parcel, project, and acceptance state.

Field study of Intelligent Manufacturing New City can begin with the precise management boundary and then examine parcel use, project approval, construction, and acceptance records separately. A company’s platform location also needs confirmation against current registration, permissions, and actual facilities. A figure labelled only for the carrier is not allocated to the fluorine-silicon subchain or Kaisheng. Only official industry-specific statistics or explicit parcel documents can narrow scope; Planned area alone answers neither completion nor production capacity.

  • The park offers shared infrastructure and services, while projects retain individual sites and construction status.

05 · Public technical projects create research interfaces

Patent navigation and digital manufacturing address different tasks and periods.

The provincial market-regulator platform records a fluorine-silicon-cobalt patent-navigation project running from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024, with acceptance organised on 7 March 2025. A formal municipal science-bureau reply separately records a high-end fluorinated-materials intelligent-manufacturing joint research centre established in 2023. One is a patent-navigation project with a combined industry scope; the other is a recorded digital-manufacturing research interface. Their participants and factual states differ. Neither record supplies a production relationship among the selected companies.

Navigation-project acceptance shows that a public project reached its administrative milestone; It does not prove commercial outcomes or relationships among participants. The science-bureau reply separates four algorithm problems, some equipment entering workshop tests, and prospective cost savings. Testing is not scaled production, and prospective savings are not achieved results. Jusheng, involved in that joint centre, is not one of the three selected companies, so the research fact cannot transfer to Zhongtian Dongfang, Nangaofeng, or Kaisheng.

Assessing a public project requires separate acceptance conclusions, deliverable lists, patent use, equipment operation, and company disclosures, with participants checked in every record. A project title cannot replace company classification, and a research test cannot replace output or cost records. Without a direct document connecting two companies through the same outcome, contract, or technology transfer, the relationship remains blank. A recorded public record helps visitors frame questions but does not guarantee present operation.

  • Project acceptance marks administrative progress, not commercial returns for participants.

06 · Three companies occupy different technical positions

Zhongtian Dongfang, Nangaofeng and Kaisheng have different public roles.

The provincial market-regulator patent-navigation acceptance information names Zhejiang Zhongtian Dongfang Fluorosilicon Materials Co., Ltd. as a participant. The record confirms the Chinese legal name and recorded participation context, but a combined fluorine-silicon-cobalt project does not prove the company’s precise subsector, products, or project outcome. It also does not establish current operation, ownership, capacity, output, revenue, customers, orders, market share, general compliance, or relation with either selected peer.

The same acceptance information names Quzhou Nangaofeng Chemical Co., Ltd. as a participant. Appearance of both companies in the participant list means only that each took part in the public project; It says nothing about mutual supply, joint research, shared patents, common customers, or equity links. The combined navigation title also does not close Nangaofeng’s exact material category, products, or operating state. Further company assessment still needs company-specific permissions, disclosures, and transaction records.

The Zhejiang science-service platform names Zhejiang Kaisheng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., locates it in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City, classifies it under fluorine-silicon new materials, and bounds research directions to fluorinated electronic and new-energy chemicals. The live-report access date describes content visible that day and is not a publication date. Identity, locality, classification, and research direction guarantee neither current operation, ownership, capacity, revenue, customers, orders, nor a relation with the other companies.

  • A shared place in Quzhou’s network does not confirm orders or technical ties among them.

07 · Newer dates do not rewrite earlier states

Industry positioning, project periods and statistical results each belong to a particular year.

The public records span 2022 through 2026 and contain a 2023 event, a 2024 project period, and 2025 data. The Kaisheng date is a live snapshot accessed on 24 August 2026, not a publication date. The navigation report date, implementation period, and acceptance date are also distinct. A city profile, carrier plan, formal reply, project record, live platform, and industry report cannot be arranged as one single-date dataset. Each retains its own evidence clock.

A newer report does not automatically update historical facts within it, and a platform classification does not become proof of continuing company operation. Project acceptance, equipment testing, planned area, chain output value, and enterprise counts represent administrative status, research status, spatial measure, economic measure, and category count. Putting them on one growth timeline would create false continuity. Valid comparison must align object, locality, year, unit, classification method, and factual state.

A current assessment can separate industry positioning, carrier planning, public projects, research tests, company identity, and statistical results into six classes. Each class needs its own update record, while older records retain original dates. Company status needs registration, permissions, production, and statutory disclosure. Project outcomes need acceptance annexes and application material. Civilian use needs product and market evidence. Without a direct update, older facts do not acquire words such as currently, existing, or already formed.

  • A newer report adds an observation but does not automatically extend an older project or platform role.

08 · Procurement ultimately reaches the product lot

City scale describes the environment; a transaction still depends on permissions and delivery.

Several public records form a bounded Quzhou fluorine-silicon materials picture. The city profile supplies three chains, the investment platform bounds Intelligent Manufacturing New City, patent navigation and a formal reply supply two public interfaces, the science platform and participant list verify three companies, and the broader-chain report supplies three of four measures. Public material gives no current fluorine-silicon-subchain value, civilian share, completed carrier area, company capacity, or contract network among the companies. Seven nodes and six links only locate facts.

In regional comparison, carrier planned area cannot be ranked directly against industry output value. Wider-chain enterprise counts cannot represent fluorine-silicon enterprise counts, and public-project participation cannot measure corporate collaboration. City fluorine-silicon identity establishes a direction of observation rather than a complete company census. A node with more public material is not necessarily industrially stronger, and a blank does not mean zero. Trends or peer differences require the same industry scope, year, unit, and measured population.

A visit, study, or partnership screen can first ask city and carrier authorities for fluorine-silicon-specific statistics, park boundaries, and project states, then ask a specific company for permissions, products, testing, output, contracts, and delivery records. The four measures describe carrier or wider-chain scale and allocate no company share. Every supply, customer, order, shared-equipment, joint-production, or technical-cooperation claim requires a direct document naming both parties, the matter, and a date. Without that evidence, no relationship should be recorded.

  • Purity, impurities, packaging and transport conditions belong in each fluorine-silicon specification.
