Qiqihar Agricultural Machinery
Qiqihar agricultural machinery combines provincial manufacturing plans, a municipal industry agenda, county-based firms and agricultural-use measures. Purchases, monitoring terminals, mechanisation and large-ridge planting in 2025 describe the user side rather than local manufacturing output.
Formation and regional foundations
Large-scale farming on black soil creates machinery demand, while manufacturers, research training and intelligent monitoring respond to planting, livestock and field management. Firms in Gannan and Kedong have clear localities through a provincial science-chief list, but list status does not establish capacity or sales.
One end of agricultural machinery is in the factory and the other in the field. Qiqihar’s public figures chiefly describe farm use, so equipment purchases, smart terminals, agronomic area and local manufacturers require separate treatment.
Core geography: Qiqihar agricultural-machinery use, manufacturers in Gannan and Kedong, and the research-training node

Municipal demand connects county firms with research training
Lists and cases confirm only company locality or activity; the map does not show transactions, ownership or citywide capacity.

01 · Manufacturing plans and field use sit at opposite ends
Provincial manufacturing direction, a municipal meeting and farm use do not form one operating dataset.
Qiqihar machinery appears in several dated settings. A 2026 provincial plan sets a future manufacturing direction, a 2025 municipal meeting records the local industry agenda, and a report issued in 2026 looks back on agricultural use during 2025. A science-chief list locates two county firms, while an entrepreneurship case and one training event add separate activity. These items do not form one annual operating picture.
The provincial plan groups Harbin, Qiqihar, and Jiamusi as intended high-end intelligent machinery manufacturing areas. That grouping does not create one merged three-city cluster or allocate provincial ambitions as projects already completed in Qiqihar. The municipal meeting supplies a local agenda; the selection list gives the names, listed localities, and selection status of two entities in Gannan and Kedong; and the Hongxing case remains at Qiqihar level. These four materials answer policy-geography, city-agenda, listed-identity, and case-context questions. Their evidentiary functions are not interchangeable.
A useful reading sequence is to distinguish future planning, meeting directions, and observed agricultural application, then check administrative level and statistical year. Large-horsepower tractors, agricultural robots, combined harvesters, and seeders in the plan are development directions, not a catalogue of products already offered by Qiqihar firms. Enterprise cultivation and research coordination discussed at the meeting are not orders or investment commitments. The 2025 application figures should stand alone. Manufacturing conditions require separate, comparable evidence on output, value, enterprises, and projects.
- Separate the factory side from the user side.
02 · Four figures describe agricultural use in 2025
Purchases, terminals, mechanisation and dense-planting area measure equipment and agronomy separately.
A mainland official-media report hosted by the provincial agriculture department uses Qiqihar's 2025 agricultural application as its scope. It records more than 28,000 newly purchased agricultural machines, 27,000 installed intelligent monitoring terminals, a comprehensive cultivation-planting-harvest mechanisation rate above 99 percent, and 11.303 million mu under large-ridge dense planting. All four figures appear in one retrospective item published on 15 May 2026. They measure four different objects respectively: purchases, terminals, mechanisation, and the area of an agronomic practice.
Newly purchased machines and installed monitoring terminals may cover different equipment populations or overlap, so more than 28,000 and 27,000 cannot be added into an equipment total. The mechanisation rate measures application across cultivation, planting, and harvest; it is not the market share of machinery made in Qiqihar. Large-ridge dense-planting area describes agronomic adoption rather than a local firm's service area. The report gives no manufacturing origin, brands, suppliers, transaction value, installed stock, or failure rate. None of the four measures can be allocated to a selected company.
Further observation of agricultural application should track annual machine purchases, new and installed terminal stock, the denominator for mechanisation, and large-ridge dense-planting area as separate series with stable units. Manufacturing research instead needs Qiqihar-specific company output, deliveries, revenue, research investment, and product certification. Field-use intensity cannot substitute for production capability. For a visitor or buyer, the figures indicate a highly mechanised agricultural environment, but they do not show whether a particular machine is made locally, available for sale, or suitable for a specific operation.
- Scale of use is not local manufacturing output.
03 · Provincial planning points to high-end intelligent manufacturing
Qiqihar appears with Harbin and Jiamusi as a future manufacturing area.
Heilongjiang's formal Fifteenth Five-year Plan proposes leading domestic high-end intelligent agricultural-machinery manufacturing areas in Harbin, Qiqihar, and Jiamusi. It names large-horsepower tractors, intelligent agricultural robots, high-throughput combined harvesters, and high-performance seeders as development directions. The document number and publication date place the statement within the 2026-2030 planning cycle. It establishes Qiqihar's intended place in provincial manufacturing geography, not acceptance of a project, batch production, or independently verified capability at any company.
A Qiqihar municipal meeting in 2025 placed the equipment-manufacturing base, development of local machinery firms, support for smaller enterprises, research-institute coordination, and intelligent upgrading within one agenda. Those themes can be read alongside the later provincial plan. Yet the meeting predates the plan, and the two sources provide no common project list, budget, responsible companies, or delivery timetable. Similar direction reasonably indicates policy alignment. It does not establish that a technology has been deployed, a firm has received an order, or the three cities operate unified capacity.
Tracking implementation requires later public material for each project name, approval, construction location, implementing entity, funding state, acceptance milestone, and production evidence, with Harbin, Qiqihar, and Jiamusi recorded separately. A policy direction connects to a company only when direct documentation names both company and project. Completion requires acceptance and production data. The current sources explain technologies of policy interest and the city's industry agenda. They do not support forecasts of orders, investment returns, full-capacity dates, or market share.
- Planning direction still needs projects and products.
04 · Livestock-machinery training links research with practice
The exchange concerns intelligent use without stating a citywide adoption rate.
An account hosted by the provincial science department and sourced from the Qiqihar science bureau records an intelligent livestock-machinery exchange and training event in July 2025. The provincial international science-cooperation centre and municipal science bureau jointly organised it, with the Qiqihar branch of the provincial agricultural-machinery engineering institute as host. Participants included local universities, institutes, livestock businesses, and machinery producers. This confirms a dated public research-training interface with named organisers. It does not publish attendance by any of the three selected companies.
Both the research-training account and the municipal meeting refer to institutes and enterprises, showing that knowledge exchange is part of Qiqihar's public industry agenda. The sources do not connect the same company, equipment, or project across the two events. Attendance would not itself establish a technology licence, completed product test, or commercial contract, and broad participant categories cannot replace a named roster. The training concerned intelligent livestock machinery. It cannot be expanded automatically into research achievements for tractors, harvesters, seeders, or every other machinery direction.
Visitors interested in these exchanges can look for course material, participant lists, joint research projects, test reports, technology licences, or demonstrations later published by the organisers, preserving each date. Without direct documents, the exchange remains a lead for understanding local research resources. Visitors can check the institute branch or science authorities for newer public events and confirm registration, eligibility, and safety requirements. Procurement or partnership decisions require product standards, testing, contracts, and entity qualifications rather than an event account.
- One training event establishes only that event.
05 · The science-chief list locates two county firms
Gannan Zhuoran and Kedong Donghui have exact names and localities.
Page 9 of the formal Heilongjiang 2026 science-chief selection attachment separately lists Gannan County Zhuoran Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Kedong County Donghui Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. It records Gannan County and Kedong County within Qiqihar as their listed localities. The attachment supports exact entity names, administrative localities as printed, and selection status for 2026. It is a selection list, not a complete registration archive, machinery-enterprise census, product-certification catalogue, or guarantee of continuing operation.
Gannan and Kedong are separate counties within Qiqihar. A listed locality cannot be rewritten as a verified plant address, production-line location, or measure of county industry scale. Appearance in one attachment does not show that the two firms share a science chief, research assignment, suppliers, or product range. The list publishes no ownership, capacity, revenue, customers, orders, market share, or collaboration outcomes. The companies therefore have parallel list status only, with no operating relationship established by this source.
Further research on either entity should separately check newer registration information, company publications, product licences, and test reports, confirming that each still matches the legal name and county in the list. Any project following science-chief selection requires its own notice, assignment, or outcome documentation. Comparing agricultural-machinery manufacturing in Gannan and Kedong also needs same-year county statistics for enterprise counts, output, value, and employment. One listed firm in each county cannot imply equal scale.
- Selection status is not operating performance.
06 · Three firms offer different public windows
A list and an entrepreneurship case confirm identity but not common products or capacity.
The formal provincial selection attachment directly supports the exact name Gannan County Zhuoran Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., its listed Gannan County locality within Qiqihar, and its 2026 science-chief selection status. “Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing” is part of the legal name; the list does not provide product models, the complete business scope, or an operating state. The entity is therefore an accurate company example in a Gannan list context. It cannot inherit Qiqihar's machine purchases, terminal installations, mechanisation rate, or large-ridge dense-planting area.
The same attachment confirms the exact name Kedong County Donghui Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., its listed Kedong locality within Qiqihar, and selection status for the same year. The term “Agricultural Machinery” in its name does not establish specific equipment, capacity, or customers. Appearance in one table alongside Zhuoran creates two independent list records, not equity, supply, orders, a shared workshop, or technology transfer. Any product or operating description requires newer direct material and cannot be supplied by the municipal meeting or application-side figures.
A 2024 original entrepreneurship case from the provincial agriculture department confirms the exact name Qiqihar Nongken Hongxing Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and an agricultural-machinery manufacturing context. Only identity and sector context are used here. Personnel, patents, sales, retrofits, employment, capital, site, equipment, and output-value figures in the case are not converted into cluster metrics or current guarantees. Because this source is not used to close a precise county, the entity remains at Qiqihar level. Current registration, products, and licences require newer evidence, with no inferred link to the Gannan or Kedong firms.
- Company comparison needs aligned measures.
07 · Factual state determines what can be compared
Future planning, meeting topics, event records and annual results carry different time properties.
Four factual states need separation. The provincial plan expresses a 2026–2030 direction, the municipal meeting records a 2025 agenda, the research training is one dated exchange, and four figures describe citywide agricultural use in 2025. None supplies total machinery-manufacturing value, a complete company count, batch output, exports, research spending or park utilisation for Qiqihar.
Application figures, a selection list, and a company case cannot form a competitiveness ranking. More than 28,000 and 27,000 describe different application objects; above 99 percent is a rate; and 11.303 million mu is an area. The list confirms two entities and localities, while the case confirms Hongxing's name and sector context. Units, denominators, years, and evidence types differ. They support neither company-share calculations nor comparison of manufacturing strength among Gannan, Kedong, and other parts of Qiqihar. Missing values should remain unknown.
A comparable city-industry profile needs same-year, consistently defined figures for manufacturers, principal revenue, actual output, research investment, product certification, employment, and exports, stating whether only above-designated-size firms are counted. Project evidence should distinguish planning, approval, construction, equipment arrival, acceptance, trial production, and full operation. For now, plan, meeting, application, list, case, and training remain six independent observation lines. Later official material can extend them at the same geographic and temporal level rather than letting one evidence type substitute for another.
- Do not rank manufacturers with farm-use data.
08 · Next, follow machine types and field outcomes
Machine type, worked area, faults, cost benefits and service can connect supply with use.
Qiqihar combines a future high-end manufacturing direction with a municipal industry agenda and a highly mechanised farming environment in 2025. One research event and two company-list entries plus an entrepreneurship case provide additional anchors. They do not establish visitor facilities, current sales outlets, shared event attendance by the firms or a supply relationship among them.
For a general visitor, the strongest insight is how the city's agriculture uses machinery rather than treating use figures as manufacturing achievements. An industry observer benefits from separating policy direction, research interfaces, and company identity. Gannan and Kedong help explain administrative distribution in the selection list, but do not establish factory visits. The official Hongxing case offers a company lead without promising current access. A completed training event is not a permanently open programme. Any itinerary needs newer information on addresses, dates, visitor eligibility, and safety rules.
For an agricultural-machinery itinerary, begin with current public events from Qiqihar, Gannan, or Kedong governments and their science or agriculture authorities. Confirm location, opening date, booking, age restrictions, and operational safety with an entity that explicitly publishes visitor access. Equipment procurement requires checks on model, crop suitability, testing and certification, after-sales support, and the contracting entity; a city mechanisation rate is no substitute for product performance. Without direct access information, treat the plan, list, case, and training as industry background, not promised visits, sales, partnerships, or demonstrations.
- Each machine should return to a specific agronomic task.
