Nanning Wuming green food processing
The park spans many food categories, so ingredients, thermal processing, fermentation, filling and cold chains cannot share one checklist. Engagement fixes product category and manufacturer first, then checks ingredients, allergens, key steps, packing, storage, tests and cross-border labelling.
Formation and regional foundations
The national development zone added Shuanghui, Budweiser, Uni-President, Haitian, Yili and peers to its agricultural and food base, creating a green-food section with processing, packaging, utilities and logistics. Firms share park infrastructure, not licences, recipes or lot-release decisions.
The Guangxi–ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone brings together meat products, flour foods, drinks, seasonings and other categories. The inquiry starts with product class and manufacturer, then follows a specific lot through receiving, formulation and allergens, heat processing or fermentation, hygiene zoning, packing, storage, testing and market labelling.
Core geography: Centred on the green-food speciality park of Guangxi–ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone, the cluster links meat products, condiments, beer and beverages, convenience foods, dairy, packaging, cold chains and ASEAN-facing trade logistics.
Six lot nodes from supplier code to finished-product release
Wuming multi-category food production path
Products in one park still keep separate ingredient, process, pack and storage boundaries; one broad conclusion cannot cover them all.
- Product identity — Confirm category, manufacturer, plant and licence scope.
- Lot receiving — Receive ingredients by temperature, condition and supplier lot.
- Process routing — Heat, fermentation and direct filling take different paths.
- Packing and seal — Check material, net content, seal and pack code.
- Lot release — Tests, retained samples and decisions belong to one lot.
- Storage and market — Keep temperature, label revision and destination connected.
01 · First establish the food category being made
Category sets the licence, process, test and storage boundaries.
A park company may handle meat products, convenience foods, drinks or seasonings, yet every product needs a defined food category, production licence, actual manufacturing address and applicable standard. A group or sales brand does not replace the manufacturer.
When “green food” is used as a certification mark, check the certificate holder, product, validity and permitted scope. When it is merely an industry theme or ordinary description, it must not imply certification.
Contract production also separates the commissioning party, actual plant and label responsibility. Before tasting a sample, staff record the full product, pack and lot so products from different formulas or plants do not enter one assessment.
02 · Route ingredients from the supplier lot
An origin story cannot replace receiving condition.
Meat, grain, produce, oils and seasonings need different receiving checks. Arrival time, temperature, package integrity, sensory condition, documents and supplier lot are recorded by risk, with abnormal material isolated before disposition.
Agricultural material changes with variety, season, maturity and logistics, so the purchase specification states acceptance ranges and sampling method. A previously approved supplier does not make every delivery exempt from inspection.
Chilled or frozen ingredients require product condition, transport temperature and unloading time; ambient dry goods require pest, moisture, odour and date checks. Every result enters the ingredient account for the production lot.
03 · Manage allergens and additions with the formula revision
Similar flavours may carry different risks.
The formula states every ingredient, supply specification, addition order and permitted tolerance, and identifies allergens present or potentially carried over. Changing a sauce, spice or compound ingredient requires more than taste and price comparison.
Food additives are checked against the category, function and applicable limit. Weighing records retain the material lot, actual amount and operator. Combining premixes in an unmarked container breaks later traceability.
Products containing milk, gluten, egg or other allergens need dedicated time, effective cleaning or segregation, with results demonstrating changeover condition. Ingredients and allergen statements on the label match the formula in use.
04 · Give heat processing and fermentation separate boundaries
One temperature figure cannot cover every food.
Cooked meat, soup bases or other cooked products specify measurement point, product thickness, equipment load, come-up time and holding condition. Applicable evidence and plant records support the process; the equipment setting alone is insufficient.
Fermented foods follow culture or fermentation source, time, temperature, acidity or another maturity indicator, while abnormal lots remain separate. The end of fermentation does not automatically permit packing; subsequent operations still follow the product requirement.
A drink or seasoning liquid without a heat step relies more heavily on ingredient hygiene, water, equipment cleaning and the filling environment. The producer explains how risk is reduced and then verifies it with process monitoring and finished-product results.
05 · Hygiene zoning extends through filling and sealing
Contamination can return after processing.
Raw, post-heat, packing and personnel or material routes are separated by product risk. People, containers and utensils follow defined cleaning and transition rules between zones; coloured floors alone do not manage hygiene.
Before filling, check product temperature, container hygiene and packaging revision; during the run check net content, seal strength, leakage and coding. An accepted first unit only describes start-up, so sampling continues through production.
Cleaned equipment is verified by visible residue, a defined indicator or microbiological results according to product risk. A seal or hygiene failure is bounded for isolation by time and pack code.
06 · Storage follows the product, not the warehouse name
Ambient, chilled and frozen are not interchangeable terms.
Cold-chain products state dispatch temperature, transport range, unloading limit and receiving decision; ambient goods instead require humidity, light, pest and stacking checks. The displayed warehouse temperature must represent the product location.
Allergen ingredients, strong-odour material, cleaning agents and returns stay separate, and opened remnants are resealed with identity retained. Dispatch follows shelf life and inspection status as well as arrival order.
A brief temperature deviation first records duration, extreme value, affected lot and product condition before a product-specific disposition. Restoring the set temperature does not erase the exposure that already occurred.
07 · A test report belongs to a defined lot
Items, methods and sampling position all need definition.
Release tests follow the food category, applicable standard and the producer’s risk plan, with sensory, analytical and microbiological results recorded separately. A report for another pack under the same brand cannot replace the current lot.
The sampling plan states the times, vessels or pack positions selected; composites and individual units serve different purposes. Laboratory number and production lot reconcile, and a retest retains the original result.
Retained-sample quantity, temperature and duration support investigation through shelf life. Release rests on complete results and deviation disposition rather than skipping unfinished work for an urgent shipment.
08 · Export labels and complaints return to the same lot
A market change must not break the manufacturing record.
Products for ASEAN or another market check ingredient names, allergens, additives, nutrition, date format, language and importer duties country by country. A foreign-language sticker on a domestic pack does not by itself meet destination rules.
Export case codes, pallet numbers, customs lots and production lots are linked, with quantity reconciliation after repacking or relabelling. A return or complaint can then be bounded to a market and stock location.
For off-odour, swelling, leakage or label error, retain the product, purchase record, temperature and pack code before separating manufacturing, transport and storage causes. The conclusion states affected lots, disposition and recurrence prevention.
Sources and reading notes
A park name, brand or green claim is not treated as product proof. The licence and actual plant come first, followed by a chain joining supplier lots, process records, test results, pack codes and destinations; important operations and storage conditions are set separately for each category.
- The regional park profile names green food as a leading industry and lists Shuanghui, Budweiser and Uni-President among key firms.
- The public project book records about 130 food-processing and supporting firms in the zone under its stated period and scope.
