Linyi Lanling green fruit and vegetable processing
Leaf vegetables left warm after a pre-dawn harvest do not regain crispness through washing or cold storage. Strawberries for freeze-drying, carrots for juice and mushrooms for snacks also have different processing windows. Credible content links harvest time, lot, temperature, wash water, kill step, drying or filling, and finished inspection.
Formation and regional foundations
Lanling uses its vegetable, seedling, wholesale and logistics base to divert fresh produce into fresh-cut, seasoned vegetables, juice and freeze-dried products, extending shelf life and reach through parks and research platforms. Field, factory and market can coordinate, but a regional brand does not replace an entity’s food licence and lot quality.
The Lanling review links growing, field check, precooling, washing and cutting, fresh-cut or drying and juice routes, packing tests and cold-chain trace. Growing scale and park output describe context; entity, line and lot carry food safety and capability.
Core geography: The boundary starts with Lanling seedlings and protected growing, then field checks, precooling and grading, before fresh-cut produce, dehydration, freeze-drying, juice, vegetable snacks, packing, cold chain and trace. Prepared meat, Linyi-wide food output, wholesale-only markets and uncommissioned projects are excluded from produce-processing capability.
Produce-processing network from field to shelf
Six nodes across field, precool, preparation, routes, packing and cold chain
Products share raw-material trace, not kill and storage conditions.
- Growing and field check — Plot, harvest time, safety code and condition enter by lot.
- Precool, grade and sort — Field heat is removed and produce splits by size, maturity and defect.
- Wash, cut and colour control — Water, contact time, cut and foreign-body control enter processing.
- Fresh-cut, drying or juice — Fresh-cut, dehydrated, freeze-dried, juice and snack routes separate.
- Kill step, packing and test — Microbes, moisture, seal and label are judged by product.
- Cold chain and market feedback — Temperature, slot, logistics and shelf life connect to finished lot.
01 · Time after a pre-dawn harvest cannot be replayed
Freshness changes before the factory gate.
Leaf vegetables, mushrooms, berries and roots differ in respiration, water loss and damage. Review begins with plot, variety, harvest time, maturity and use rather than calling a load simply fresh produce.
Safety code, input records and field sampling address origin and safety; visual grading addresses process fit. The evidence lines are distinct, and a passing sample does not prove truck temperature uniform.
Lanling material shows adjacent seedling, growing, processing and logistics, but not that every processor buys from one base. Orders retain actual supplier, plot and receipt lot.
02 · Precooling removes field heat first
Cold storage cannot repair a long warm wait.
Receipt records harvest-to-gate time, core temperature, package ventilation and bruising, then chooses forced-air, hydrocooling or another method by crop. The cooling curve says more than a setpoint.
Grading considers size, maturity, lesions, damage and final route. Fresh-cut material may not suit freeze-drying, while juice can use some visually uneven but safe produce.
Soil, decay and inedible parts leave in the dirty zone; people, tools and flow separate from the clean zone. Returning clean material to the dirty side defeats earlier hygiene controls.
03 · Wash water is a food-contact input
Clear-looking water does not prove a stable microbial load.
Wash lines monitor water, temperature, sanitiser, turbidity and replacement; counterflow must not return downstream contamination upstream. Crevices and cuts require crop-specific contact.
Knife sharpness, cleanliness and missing metal affect appearance, juice loss and foreign-body risk. Changeover or allergen formula requires more than a visual equipment check.
Colour dip, blanching or seasoning records formula, temperature and contact by product. Longer soaking may improve colour while changing texture, salt or nutrients, so appearance alone does not decide.
04 · Fresh-cut, snacks and juice split here
One crop faces different risks by route.
Fresh-cut produce stresses cold, cut-surface hygiene, draining and short shelf life. Package atmosphere matches respiration; an overly tight seal can create anaerobic odour.
Yimeng Chengda turns mushrooms and lotus root into snacks through washing, cutting, seasoning and packing, balancing microbial kill and texture. Meat and vegetables remain separate in formula, allergen and cleaning records.
Juice checks crushing, pressing, filtering, blending, deaeration, kill and filling. A no-additive claim follows real formula and labelling law. A 24-hour channel claim is logistics, not shelf-life validation.
05 · Dehydration and freeze-drying both manage water
Their temperature, time and cost are very different.
Hot-air dehydration records cut, load, inlet temperature and humidity, airflow, turning and final moisture. Different layers dry at different rates, so an average can hide wet spots.
Freeze-drying first freezes and then sublimates under vacuum. Freezing rate, thickness, chamber pressure and shelf temperature determine structure and endpoint. Ten lines do not mean one parameter set.
Dried products use moisture and water activity together, with rehydration, colour, crispness and microbes. A nutrient-retention percentage without method, sample and control is not applied to every crop.
06 · Packaging is a final process, not decoration
Barrier, seal and label define the finished product.
Fresh-cut packs need permeability and anti-fog, juice needs cap torque and fill integrity, freeze-dried packs need moisture and oxygen barrier. Migration and temperature follow contact conditions.
Metal, glass, hard plastic and soft foreign-body controls follow actual hazards, and detector sensitivity is verified with product and pack. An empty-machine pass does not prove filled performance.
The label connects ingredients, allergens, net content, storage, date and lot. A code supports trace only when the underlying data are complete.
07 · Cold chain records the temperature product experiences
A room setpoint is not every carton core temperature.
Receiving checks product temperature, pack and slot; loading records precool, sequence and door-open time. Logger placement follows the worst point, not the cab.
Fresh-cut, chilled juice, shelf-stable vegetables and freeze-dried goods need different transport. Calling all cold chain hides moisture-barrier and temperature duties.
Shelf-life work covers target temperature, excursions and after-opening use, recording sensory, microbes, chemistry and pack. Returns preserve temperature and remaining sample before assigning factory or logistics cause.
08 · A full chain exists only when evidence connects
Grower, factory and channel retain their boundaries.
Yimeng Chengda, Ruguo Peishi and Bairuida illustrate vegetable snacks, juice and freeze-drying. Together they show breadth, not fixed purchasing or shared customers.
RMB 2.16 billion, 58 percent, ten freeze-drying lines and eight automated lines refer to different subjects and cannot calculate firm efficiency. Xiangcheng growing figures are not allocated to the three plants.
Useful coordination links plot, harvest, precool, process, pack and temperature back to a lot during a complaint. A regional brand helps sales but cannot sign food-safety release for an entity.

- Ruguo Peishi Shandong Food Technology Co Ltd — Ruguo Peishi operates a produce-juice route in Lanling with published no-additive products in retail channels. Formula, kill, filling and label remain product-specific, and project investment is not achieved output.
- Shandong Bairuida Food Technology Co Ltd — Bairuida makes freeze-dried produce in Lanling with ten published lines. Nutrient retention, output and channels remain tied to method, product and date rather than every product.
- Shandong Yimeng Chengda Food Co Ltd — Yimeng Chengda processes mushrooms and lotus root into seasoned vegetable snacks in Xiangcheng, with eight published automated lines. Vegetable and meat routes remain separate, so total capacity is not all produce.
