Heyuan Electronic Components
Heyuan component evidence covers printed circuit boards, flexible boards and SMT, power-measurement instruments and sensors, communications-equipment assembly and display-related manufacturing. City statistics and a project environmental review use different boundaries, so the record separates regional scale, plant design capacity and company products.
Formation and regional foundations
Heyuan government material records 77 above-scale electronic-information enterprises, RMB 52.560 billion of gross industrial output and RMB 12.746 billion of value added in 2022. A separate environmental review for the Kinwong Longchuan project lists designed PCB capacity of 2.6 million square metres per year. The citywide population and one project are not combined.
Heyuan electronics spans printed circuit boards, measurement and control devices, and communications hardware. The three share some materials and assembly stages but have different technical requirements and suppliers. The citywide count of above-scale electronic-information enterprises in 2022 is a municipal statistic, while the PCB design capacity of Kinwong’s Longchuan project belongs to one project and cannot be allocated to Yada’s measurement products or Xike’s communications equipment. A supply assessment therefore verifies legal entity, operating site, specification and current production for each company separately.

Heyuan Electronic Components Spatial Relationships
Heyuan PCB, measurement-control components and communications hardware manufacturing: Nodes and Interfaces
Longchuan PCB manufacturing node and Greater Bay supply-logistics node use relative positions rather than navigable distance. Within Heyuan Electronic Components, the PCB-to-placement-and-test process relationship link expresses only its cited process relationship.
- Longchuan PCB manufacturing node — The Kinwong Longchuan base connects rigid, flexible and multilayer boards with an SMT project.
- Yuancheng Yada measurement-control node — Yada’s site lists power-measurement instruments, protection devices and sensors.
- Xike communications-hardware node — High-tech-zone material confirms the local manufacturing identity of Xike Communications Equipment (Heyuan).
- SMT electronic-assembly interface — Placement, reflow, testing and repair need to connect board lots with terminal serial numbers.
- Component-reliability interface — Impedance, insulation, thermal cycling, vibration and failure analysis are designed by product class.
- Greater Bay supply-logistics node — Transport links between Heyuan and Pearl River Delta customers or suppliers do not prove fixed orders.
01 · City Industry and Plant-project Boundary
City statistics cannot be allocated to one plant in Longchuan, Yuancheng or the high-tech zone.
The 77 above-scale electronic-information enterprises, RMB 52.560 billion gross output and RMB 12.746 billion value added all use a 2022 Heyuan city-industry scope. The 2.6 million square metres in Kinwong’s environmental review is designed capacity for a specific Longchuan PCB project. Three city measures and one plant project remain on separate denominators. City totals show a manufacturing base but do not prove all seventy-seven firms make components or share one technical level.
Heyuan’s electronic-information scope is broader than components and may include terminals, communications manufacturing and display products. Assigning total output to PCBs, sensors or one communications company creates both sector and organisation mismatches. Only company disclosure or regulatory material can provide plant operating figures; city data explains market and supporting context. Search results must return to product catalogues and production addresses before terminal output becomes assumed local component supply.
A project table should add a statistical level for city, park, contracting company, base and line. Every number attaches only to its source level, and any conversion or allocation needs an explicit formula and source. When operating status is unconfirmed, a company card retains public product direction while capacity, customers and lead time remain pending. The level tag also needs publication dates so expansions or relocations reveal which older claims require revalidation.
- Citywide electronics figures cannot be allocated to a single plant in Longchuan, Yuancheng or the high-tech zone.
02 · Time Interpretation of the Four Measures
The 2022 city data and 2024 project file do not form a trend.
The first three measures come from an event brief published in 2023 and refer to the complete 2022 year; the fourth comes from a 2024 environmental notice and describes designed project capacity. Square metres apply to PCB area and cannot convert into electronic-information output value. Approval date is not the date a line reaches design capacity. Design capacity marks a full-load boundary, while actual output also depends on orders, yield, mix and maintenance.
Value added and gross output are different economic concepts, and their ratio is not a profit margin. The enterprise count covers only above-scale firms and is not every contracting company in the industry. The 2024 city communiqué shows broader industrial change but does not update the three electronics measures on the same basis, so no growth rate is constructed here. Value added belongs to its statistical framework and cannot explain company profit by subtracting an undisclosed cost item.
Annual review first checks the statistical yearbook and communiqué for a refreshed electronic-information line, then compares the industry bureau’s scope. If only an event article repeats the number, the original year is retained. Plant design capacity is progressively updated through construction acceptance, discharge permission, company output and equipment operation, with every missing class stated. If an update changes industry classification, retain the old scope so reclassification is not presented as real growth or decline.
- A 2022 city measure and a 2024 project document describe different objects and do not form a trend.
03 · PCB Materials and Process Control
Lamination, drilling, imaging, plating and surface finish determine board capability.
Kinwong’s site lists multilayer, flexible, HDI, metal-base and rigid-flex boards, and the Longchuan project supplies a PCB manufacturing boundary. These board types use different laminates, copper foil, coverlay, adhesives and stack-ups, with pressing, drilling, electroless copper, plating, etching and solder mask. A product name cannot replace a stack-up file. Quotes and lead times need separation by board type because layers, vias and finishes change routing and scrap risk.
High-frequency, thick-copper, flexible and metal-base applications emphasise different loss, thermal, bending and plating-uniformity properties. Equal layer count can carry different difficulty through line width, spacing, hole size, aspect ratio and finish. Supplier comparison should use one Gerber set, material list and acceptance class rather than a generic “multilayer board” quote. Design teams should confirm material availability before a rare laminate creates unacceptable minimum orders and lead times.
An engineering enquiry attaches stack-up, impedance, copper thickness, via structure, flammability, finish, dimensional tolerance and acceptable defects. Samples undergo microsection, hole copper, ionic contamination, impedance, solderability and thermal-stress checks with production panel number retained. DFM closure precedes volume, and both parties approve every deviation in writing. Freeze Gerber, drill and impedance files only after engineering questions close, reducing whole-panel scrap from mismatched revisions.
- PCB capability comes from the combination of lamination, drilling, imaging, plating and finish rather than a layer-count label alone.
04 · Measurement Instruments and Sensor Interfaces
Accuracy, communications, isolation and calibration frame Yada product validation.
Yada’s site lists power-measurement instruments, electrical-safety protection devices and sensors for data centres, telecom sites and charging facilities. An instrument may measure voltage, current, power, energy and harmonics, while sensors use different ranges and outputs. Exact function depends on model, wiring and firmware. Site wiring and load characteristics affect measurement, so laboratory accuracy cannot be interpreted apart from installation conditions.
An accuracy class holds only under specified range, power factor, temperature and frequency, and a communications protocol can become incompatible through register revision. Protection logic must also coordinate with site breakers and grounding. Extending one successful case to every application ignores integration and calibration conditions. Protocol integration should retain register maps, byte order and error codes so firmware upgrades can be assessed for compatibility.
Prototype testing covers input range, accuracy, insulation, EMC, communications map, alarm and power-loss recovery with traceable standards for calibration. Project engineers retain wiring drawings, parameter files and firmware checksums. A later sensor change or protocol upgrade triggers regression testing and an updated site-configuration baseline. Test reports should include instrument identifiers and software versions so repeated measurements do not rely on unknown configurations.
- Instrument accuracy needs calibration, isolation and communication conditions; range alone is not enough for selection.
05 · SMT Assembly and Terminal Traceability
Board lots, component production lots and terminal serials must connect.
Kinwong’s environmental review separately lists an SMT project, while Xike sits in communications-equipment manufacturing, showing that board production and terminal assembly may occur under different Heyuan organisations. SMT includes paste, stencil, placement, reflow, AOI, testing and repair. Public sources do not prove supply between Kinwong and Xike; proximity cannot replace transaction evidence. Assembly location, customer ownership and subcontracting need separate confirmation; a process named in an EIA is not necessarily a market service.
If a board maker traces only PCB lots and an assembler retains only terminal serials, soldering or in-service failures face a break. Component moisture sensitivity, baking, substitutions and repair count also alter reliability. Cross-company work needs a minimum shared traceability set while protecting customer BOM and supplier commercial information. Minimum data items also need owners, write times and retention periods, or identical labels may still mean different things between firms.
A data dictionary should contain PCB panel number, board code, critical-component lot, solder-paste production lot, reflow line, test program and terminal serial. Repair does not overwrite the original result and instead records failure mode and operator. The contract defines retention, export format and recall response before an exception exposes missing data items. A traceability drill should start with a simulated failed serial, recover related lots and record search time and missing data items.
- Board lots, component lots and final serial numbers must connect before a field failure can be traced to a change.
06 · Local Roles of Three Companies
Kinwong, Yada and Xike represent board, device and terminal paths.
Kinwong's Longchuan base is corroborated by company information and a government environmental review, Yada publishes its Heyuan address and measurement products, and high-tech-zone material confirms Xike as a local manufacturer. Public product detail differs among the three, so comparison stops at their established local roles; customers, market share and current capacity require period-specific business material from each company. A company description explains its own operations and a government project document adds location, but neither constitutes a current supply commitment.
Kinwong suits PCB review centred on drawings and materials, Yada needs model, accuracy and protocol checks, and Xike first requires a current communications-hardware catalogue and local-process boundary. One mechanical diligence scorecard would be inappropriate. Evaluation dimensions should follow product risk and penalise information gaps separately. When a communications catalogue is unclear, request models and process scope before blending contract work, assembly and proprietary products.
Send a PCB engineering pack, a measurement-instrument specification and a communications-hardware BOM separately rather than one broad enquiry. Each company supplies contracting organisation, manufacturing location, quality contact, current certificates and sample lead time. Unanswered items move to video or site review, and unresolved data items stay outside the approved supply scope. Each question pack should request an expiry date and document owner, enabling refresh when sampling runs long.
- Kinwong, Yada and Xike sit in boards, measurement components and terminal assembly and do not belong in one capability table.
07 · Quality, Lead Time and Change Control
Electronic-component procurement begins with revisions and lots.
PCB stack-up, instrument firmware and communications-hardware BOM all change during a product life cycle through material end-of-life, component shortage or regulatory upgrade. A part-number notice without impact analysis does not tell the buyer what to retest. The quality agreement should classify major, minor and temporary deviations. Change assessment must cover stock and goods in transit, defining the last acceptable old revision and its identification marks.
Lead time combines materials, engineering approval, production cycle, testing and logistics rather than road days from plant to customer. High-mix low-volume and stable high-volume work demand different changeover, fixture and inventory arrangements. Quote comparison needs a fixed forecast window, freeze period, minimum lot and expedite rule to expose real flexibility. Engineering delay and production queue should be recorded separately to distinguish customer-input issues from supplier execution.
A supply agreement sets change-notice days, last-time buy, substitute validation, sample charges and inventory responsibility. Monthly performance separates engineering response, on-time delivery, first-pass yield, customer returns and corrective-action closure. A second source activates for line-stop risk but still completes independent qualification to the same layout, protocol or BOM. Emergency substitutions need approved scope and duration, followed by explicit reversion or permanent-qualification actions.
- Electronic-component sourcing begins with revisions and lots, while lead-time commitments also need substitution approval and end-of-life notices.
08 · Sample, Audit and Scale-up Path
Product-specific evidence gates prevent city scale from substituting for approval.
Heyuan’s city metrics show scale in electronic-information manufacturing, and a current event shows continuing company matching. They cannot decide whether a Kinwong board, Yada instrument or Xike communications product is qualified. Supplier approval combines samples, documents, process and delivery data and binds them to a specific contracting company. Sample quantity must cover destructive tests and retains so verification does not run out of units midway.
PCBs can begin with engineering samples and microsections, instruments with calibration and protocol integration, and communications hardware with functional, EMC and environmental tests. Production-line, traceability, nonconforming-product and change-control review follows. Because failure costs differ, sample size, audit depth and backup strategy should also differ. An audit should follow one order through incoming, process, test and shipment records rather than only touring a showcase line.
Before scaling, require three consecutive passing lots, valid critical documents, clear exception responsibility and a completed lead-time simulation. Company sites, government notices and project status receive quarterly review, with city statistics updated annually. A group restructuring, plant move or product discontinuation triggers confirmation, and old approval never transfers automatically across organisations or bases. First production lots need tightened checks and daily communication, with frequency reduced only after evidence of stability.
- Samples, plant review and scale-up need product-specific gates; city industry scale cannot replace customer approval.
