At programme launch, release pinout, load, network, grounding, package envelope, temperature and protection class with an interface owner. Later changes use numbered revisions and effectivity so vehicle drawings and supplier tooling do not diverge.

02 · The terminal crimp is a critical joint

Metal, wire and crimp geometry together determine low resistance and mechanical retention.

The company’s public product direction includes connectors and related components, providing a business context for terminals and housings. Material, plating and tooling condition remain part-number controls and cannot be inferred from a category.

04 · Rubber and plastic parts seal and protect

05 · Electronics add software and thermal management

The lowest quotation can cost more if it omits tooling ownership, engineering change, service analysis or obsolete-stock terms. Connection systems also involve customer drawings and software permissions, whose use should be defined before work begins.

Final review weights technical conformity, sample results, production control, delivery resilience, change response and life-cycle cost. Open risks receive an owner, mitigation and exit condition before nomination or further validation.
