Hami Yizhou wind-power equipment
A blade delivered into Hami dust and temperature swings cannot be judged by factory appearance alone. Layup, infusion, cure, static verification, balancing and oversized transport retain one serial trail, while turbine assembly separately checks gearbox, controls and nacelle interfaces.
Formation and regional foundations
Hami wind resources create equipment demand, while parks, heavy-haul routes and local assembly place manufacturing near wind sites. Retired-blade destinations and gaps in key drivetrain components remain separate supply-chain questions.
The inquiry enters eight specific operations from initial feedstock confirmation, tracing quality change, lot evidence and delivery boundary for Hami Yizhou wind-power equipment.
Core geography: The scope is turbine, blade and large-component manufacturing with public production evidence in Hami Yizhou and adjacent parks. Wind-farm output, service-only activity, uncommissioned projects and group capacity elsewhere are excluded.
From feedstock to lot delivery
Six production and validation nodes
Material lot, blade serial, cure record, balance weight and transport note stay with the same object.
- material receipt — fibre, resin and steel parts is checked here against lot, humidity and grade.
- blade layup — fibre and core material is checked here against ply order, overlap and position.
- vacuum infusion — dry layup is checked here against vacuum, ratio and flow front.
- curing and demoulding — composite shell is checked here against temperature, time and mould state.
- static verification — blade load structure is checked here against load point, direction and criteria.
- turbine interfaces — nacelle and drivetrain is checked here against alignment, torque and signals.
01 · Material receipt
Material receipt first fixes the lot origin and input conditions.
Before fibre, resin and steel parts enters material receipt, lot, humidity and grade must align to one lot, specification and date.
The easily missed issue is moisture, wrong grade or surface damage, which may surface only at a later operation.
That is why receipt report and retained sample is retained instead of copying only the final pass decision.
02 · Blade layup
Blade layup changes the material state received by the next operation.
blade layup is not isolated; a change in ply order, overlap and position travels with the product.
When wrinkle or gap appears, equipment, material and shift are compared before the inquiry expands.
layup map and station record supplies a reproducible process rather than a judgement from habit.
03 · Vacuum infusion
Vacuum infusion keeps process settings with the lot number.
At vacuum infusion, the state of dry layup already carries upstream effects, so sampling location cannot drift.
When vacuum, resin ratio or the flow front deviates, retain infusion and cure records by blade zone; a later final test is not enough to rule out inclusions or dry spots.
The inquiry uses infusion curve and resin lot to separate random variation from systematic shift and records dry spot or void as a deviation.
04 · Curing and demoulding
Curing and demoulding is interpreted with equipment state and operating time.
curing and demoulding turns material properties into a deliverable feature, so temperature, time and mould state is not improvised by an operator.
undercure or distortion often affects quality and yield together, so output alone hides the cost.
cure curve and dimensional report returns to equipment ID, operator and time, while the abnormal sample retains its as-found state.
05 · Static verification
Changes created during Static verification remain visible to downstream tests.
At static verification, blade load structure is tied to customer use; a generic name does not establish fit.
load point, direction and criteria jointly determine performance, and replacing any item requires evaluation of hidden crack or stiffness deviation.
Before release, load curve and inspection images is checked item by item against the order revision so a good product does not reach the wrong application.
06 · Turbine interfaces
Turbine interfaces becomes comparable only with a stated method and limit.
turbine interfaces must answer what was measured, where and by which method; one number is insufficient.
When mismatch or interlock fault occurs, the history of alignment, torque and signals explains more than a single retest.
assembly card and function data stays with the sample ID, and results from different method revisions are not pooled directly.
07 · Balancing and packing
Balancing and packing hands the manufacturing result to packing, transport or integration.
At balancing and packing, finished blade and parts may be ready for delivery but transport and use limits still need validation.
Packaging, temperature, vibration or waiting time may cause transport vibration or abrasion; plant inspection cannot preserve balance or surface condition unless the blade’s supports and restraints remain controlled in transit.
balance sheet and loading images anchors responsibility to lot and handover, making an arrival failure reviewable.
08 · Site delivery
Site delivery closes the handover with destination, revision and responsible entity.
site delivery turns one run into a traceable conclusion, and serials, interfaces and shortages is complete before sign-off.
Even with passing results, arrival damage or rework may still require quarantine, investigation or customer communication.
Finally, handover and receipt inspection checks material balance, changes and destination; acceptance must use this blade serial, cure history and Hami delivery condition.
Sources and reading notes
Separate records establish cluster identity, Yizhou manufacturing projects and company products. Blade serials, tower capacity and wind-site installed capacity are not one statistical measure.
- Formal sources check the industry identity.
- Blade, tower and complete-turbine projects retain separate construction, operation or delivery dates.
- Before a firm enters the Yizhou set, both its manufacturing site and wind-equipment product must be verifiable.
- Planned installed capacity cannot replace factory output or delivered-equipment counts.
