Deyang Food and Beverage Processing

Deyang’s food and beverage value added grew 7.2% in 2023, while wine, beverage and refined-tea manufacturing grew 13.1%. The rates cover different industry scopes and are not output values. They describe that year’s manufacturing performance without allocating growth to Guanghan or any company.

Formation and regional foundations

Agricultural supply and food-and-beverage manufacturing across Deyang form the broad setting, while Guanghan has developed a hotpot-ingredient node. In 2025 the Guanghan chain reported RMB 16 billion in output and more than 160 related firms. Those county-level figures do not replace a Deyang-wide total.

Deyang’s food and beverage industry includes grain and oil, snack foods, seasonings, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and refined tea. Guanghan’s hotpot-ingredient chain forms a distinctive local node. Milaotou, Cuihong Food and Zhang Bingbing Biotechnology connect to snack, seasoning or biotechnology contexts. Citywide growth and Guanghan chain scale require separate treatment.

Core geography: Deyang’s Citywide Food and Beverage Industry with a Guanghan Hotpot-ingredient Node

Deyang Food and Beverage with the Guanghan Node

How Citywide Agriculture and Manufacturing Connect with Hotpot-ingredient Innovation

The diagram separates Deyang-wide context from the county-level Guanghan node; it does not map company logistics or market radius.

  • Deyang municipal food-and-beverage frame — Citywide annual observation joining 2023 food-and-beverage and wine-beverage-refined-tea value-added growth with agricultural-input context without allocating the rates to Guanghan or a company
  • Deyang agricultural-chain plan — Citywide planning node covering agricultural supply, chain modernization, 99 major projects, projected investment, intended funding, and tasks without asserting completion or processing output
  • Guanghan county-level food-processing node — County-level city node under Deyang with policy and observed processing context for grain and oil, meat, prepared food, compound seasoning, firepot ingredients, standards, exhibition, and selected projects
  • Guanghan firepot-ingredient chain — The Guanghan hotpot-ingredient node records RMB 16 billion of output, more than 160 related firms and RMB 1.213 billion of trade in 2023; none is allocated to an individual company.
  • Guanghan innovation and standards node — County-level public observation of five provincial manufacturing innovation platforms, three institutes or laboratories, and participation in more than 20 group standards without a disclosed utilization or outcome measure
  • Guanghan experience and exhibition node — Dated public-facing coordination node combining the January 2025 themed exhibition and the government-report retrospective on the 2025 firepot-ingredient experience center without a transaction-volume claim
  • Guanghan firepot beef-tallow process — Bounded process node describing pretreatment, rendering, packaging, research testing, and digital techniques while retaining company and third-party commercial claims as attributed statements

01 · Two Growth Rates from 2023

Food and beverage and wine-beverage-refined-tea use different scopes; 7.2% and 13.1% are not additive.

The municipal annual release records two separate 2023 value-added rates: 7.2 percent for the broad food-and-beverage industry and 13.1 percent for the narrower manufacture of alcoholic drinks, other beverages and refined tea. These are annual rates, not measures of output value, operating revenue or sales volume. Because their scopes differ, neither figure can be apportioned to Guanghan’s hotpot-ingredient chain or to an individual producer.

The 7.2 percent rate covers the broader food-and-beverage industry, while 13.1 percent applies only to wine, beverage and refined-tea manufacturing; they cannot be added, subtracted or substituted. The disclosure gives no value-added bases, weights, price effects or firm distribution. Agricultural input output is a physical upstream measure and is not directly comparable with processing value added.

Later trends need annual growth under the same national industry classification, size threshold and geography, with physical output, value, revenue, exports and investment in separate series. Data for Guanghan, one park or one product should not enter the Deyang citywide series. This keeps municipal manufacturing, county nodes and company operations distinct.

  • Growth rates track annual change rather than company revenue.

02 · Deyang and Guanghan Are Two Geographic Layers

Deyang-wide data cover a broader area; Guanghan hotpot ingredients form a county-level city node.

Deyang municipal information covers the whole city, while Guanghan government and commerce information belongs to the county-level city under Deyang. The hotpot-ingredient chain value of RMB 16 billion, more than 160 related firms, RMB 1.213 billion of trade in 2023, innovation platforms and group standards all belong to Guanghan. They do not represent Deyang’s other districts and counties.

Guanghan is part of Deyang’s industry network, but its hotpot-ingredient figures do not represent all Deyang food processing, and Deyang’s 7.2 percent growth cannot be allocated to Guanghan. The levels also use different measures: annual value-added growth for the municipality versus chain value, firm count and trade for the county-level city. They should be nested on a map rather than combined.

Every figure should first be labelled Deyang municipality or Guanghan city, followed by year, industry scope and unit, with the project address confirmed. Hotpot ingredients, beef tallow, compound seasonings, the experience centre and related-firm counts belong to Guanghan, while citywide food-and-beverage and wine-beverage-refined-tea growth belongs to Deyang. Comparison requires the same geography and measure.

  • Without geographic separation, chain value and firm counts are easily misread.

03 · The RMB 16 Billion Hotpot-ingredient Chain

Guanghan’s 2025 chain value and related-firm count jointly indicate local density.

A January 2025 Guanghan commerce account places RMB 16 billion of chain output beside more than 160 related firms and separately reports RMB 1.213 billion of trade in 2023. Output, company population and trade use different denominators and dates. They are not attributed to named companies and do not show that every firm is in one park, operates continuously or holds a food licence.

Related firms may cover ingredients, processing, packaging, equipment, cold chain, commerce and services, so dividing RMB 16 billion by more than 160 firms does not estimate average revenue. The RMB 1.213 billion trade figure is not the exported portion of chain output. Any later figure needs the same product and supporting-activity scope before comparison.

An opportunity review can place RMB 16 billion, more than 160 firms and RMB 1.213 billion in separate columns for chain output, business population and trade, adding period, threshold and inclusion of services. A company invoking regional figures still needs its own financial period, production category, orders or customs information. Products should also be distinguished as soup base, beef tallow, meat, seasoning or prepared food.

  • More than 160 is an open count and cannot yield average company output.

04 · Product Categories and Processing Routes

Meat products, seasonings, soup bases and snacks use different inputs and processes.

Guanghan’s integration plan names grain and oil, meat products, speciality produce, prepared food, compound seasonings and hotpot ingredients, while a beef-tallow example covers pretreatment, rendering, packaging, R&D testing and digital process nodes. Together they show diverse products and processes. Plan targets are not realised output, and beef-tallow steps do not represent every food route.

Adjacent categories do not mean that one company covers every process, and beef-tallow rendering cannot substitute for the technical needs of rice snacks, chilli seasonings or prepared foods. Digital equipment does not automatically prove efficiency, yield or food safety. A complete assessment also needs input specifications, critical controls, standards, packaging, storage and test results.

At a processing site, choose one product and follow raw-material receipt, pretreatment, temperature, formulation, foreign-material control, packaging, retained samples and release testing, then compare it with the licensed category. Claims of a full chain or digital manufacturing should map to same-day processes and operating records. Outsourced work also needs the actual entity and transfer of responsibility.

  • Even within food processing, permissions, temperature and shelf life require separate attention.

05 · Innovation, Standards and Consumer Experience

Innovation platforms, industry research and group standards add shared capability to the Guanghan chain.

Guanghan’s 2025 information lists five provincial manufacturing-innovation platforms, three research institutes or laboratories and participation in more than twenty group standards. A 2026 work report also reviews the experience centre and standards work and places hotpot ingredients among four RMB-10-billion clusters at the end of the Fourteenth Five-Year period. These are dated institutional counts and industry designations, not universal company access.

Platform counts cannot be converted into patents, technology transfer or company revenue, and participation in group standards is not leadership or proof that every product conforms. An experience centre may support display, consumer education and commercial introductions, but its existence does not establish transaction volume. Platforms, standards, experience and industry scale remain separate rather than one regional ranking.

A platform visit should ask who operates it, which products it serves, how instruments and personnel are booked, and what recent testing or research was completed. Group standards need formal title, number, date, participants and scope. Exhibits, tastings, courses, signing events and standing services at the experience centre should also remain separate.

  • Platform counts and standards participation show activity without directly proving product quality.

06 · Plans, Projects and Achieved Results

Agricultural-chain planning lists projects and investment intentions, while government reporting records achieved performance.

Deyang’s Fourteenth Five-Year agricultural plan lists 99 major projects with projected investment, intended funding and tasks, while Guanghan’s integration plan sets 2025 output and entity targets. Guanghan’s 2026 work report separates retrospective results, estimates and new tasks. Long-term lists, stage targets, estimates and achieved results need distinct tenses.

Plan inclusion does not mean funding, construction, completion or commissioning, and projected investment plus intended funding is not actual expenditure. A 2025 target remains a target without a matching realised result, while an estimate in a work report remains an estimate. A county project result neither proves completion of every plan item nor represents Deyang-wide output.

Project tracking can begin with plan inclusion and continue through filing or approval, land or environmental procedure, funding, construction, installation, trial production, acceptance and stable operation. Every milestone should use the same project name, place and legal entity, with money labelled planned, estimated, contracted or paid. A short name, task or target cannot supply legal identity or completion status.

  • Projected investment, project counts and actual output must remain separate.

07 · Product Entry Points through Three Firms

Milaotou, Cuihong and Zhang Bingbing Biotechnology correspond to different processing directions.

Government information confirms the legal name and Guanghan location of Sichuan Milaotou Food Industrial Group Co., Ltd.; a June 2025 item concerns wheat purchasing and advanced processing, while market-regulation information is a disposition snapshot for named sampled products. The evidence supports those matters only. One interview or product disposition does not establish the full range, current capacity, revenue, customers or continuing operation.

Sichuan Cuihong Food Co., Ltd. appears in a Guanghan environmental filing dated 6 March 2024 and in a planning and land-verification title dated 10 February 2026 for a seasoning-production automation project. The first is an environmental procedure and the second is limited to the named project. Neither a filing nor a certificate directly shows current capacity, output, market share, general compliance or continuous production.

The full name Sichuan Zhang Bingbing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. appears in Guanghan beef-tallow information, and a 2024 inspection table gives unified social credit code 91510681323352043M. Sales, reach, ranking and market-share statements from the company or a third party retain that attribution rather than becoming government statistics. One inspection also does not prove general compliance, current operation or commercial relationships.

  • Company identity can be established; product range and operating status need recent information.

08 · How to Read Deyang’s Food Network

Deyang-wide growth supplies the manufacturing backdrop, while Guanghan reveals a more specific local chain.

Deyang citywide information provides 2023 value-added growth for food and beverages and for wine, beverage and refined tea; Guanghan adds hotpot-chain output, firms, trade, platforms, standards and an experience facility; a beef-tallow example shows pretreatment, rendering, packaging and testing. The levels complement one another but disclose no common orders, procurement, ownership or continuing supply. They do not create a business network among the three companies.

Deyang growth does not replace Guanghan output, Guanghan output does not replace company revenue, and 2023 trade is not trade at another date. Planned investment, a project certificate and a company statement do not become actual spending, stable production or administrative statistics. Geography, time, measure, status and attribution must remain visible to avoid false causation.

Before a visit or purchase, first confirm whether the site lies in Guanghan or another Deyang jurisdiction, then ask about input origin, licences, critical processes, standards, lot tests, cold chain, project stage and market evidence. Every regional figure needs its geography and year and cannot be allocated to the three companies. Company conclusions require information for the same legal entity, address, product and period.

  • A visitor route starts with geography and product category, then narrows to plant, permission, lot and delivery.
