Anyi aluminium profiles

Extrusion twist, uneven coating and whole-window water leakage belong to profile forming, finishing and system assembly. Review ties billet homogenisation, die, extrusion heat and speed, ageing, anodising or coating, thermal-break insertion and whole-window tests to one order.

Formation and regional foundations

Anyi centres on profile extrusion and gathers dies, finishing, glass, hardware, sealing and window systems. Proximity shortens die correction and sample-window retest, but cluster scale cannot replace testing of a specific alloy, finish or window design.

The Anyi review keeps evidence through billet, die extrusion, quench and age, finishing, thermal assembly and whole-window testing. A profile pass covers a defined state; the complete construction and test carry window performance.

Core geography: The boundary covers evidenced Anyi High-Tech Park production of architectural and industrial aluminium profiles, surface finishing, thermal-break window systems and direct seals. uPVC profiles, generic material trade, installers and firms without an Anyi production address are excluded.

Quality network from billet to window

Six manufacturing and verification nodes

Adjacent stages ease retest, while conclusions remain product- and specimen-specific.

  • Billet homogenisation and alloy — Heat, chemistry, homogenisation and saw position enter the billet record.
  • Die and extrusion window — Die, ratio, temperature, speed and puller follow each length.
  • Quench, stretch and age — Cooling, stretch ratio and ageing curve set size and properties.
  • Anodise, electrophorese and coat — Pretreatment, thickness, colour, adhesion and cure follow rack lot.
  • Thermal break and window build — Cavity, strip, rolling, hardware, glass and seals form the window.
  • Whole-window performance and trace — Air, water, wind, thermal and cycling results return to order.

01 · Locate the failing stage first

One window contains three evidence chains.

For profile twist, inspect billet, die and extrusion heat and speed; for uneven coating, inspect pretreatment, racking and cure. One combined sheet hides the true rework point.

Leakage may come from drainage, seal compression, locking points, glass blocks or site joints. Passing profile dimensions excludes only some causes.

Evidence first fixes contracted window design, alloy temper, finish code, hardware and glazing configuration and installation interface, then chooses profile disassembly or whole-window retest.

02 · Billet heat identity is essential

One alloy can retain different structure.

Purchase papers state nominal alloy; heat chemistry, inclusions, hydrogen and homogenisation connect it to extrusion behaviour. Saw position also remains.

Poor homogenisation destabilises flow and surface; excessive heat can alter structure. Review compares billets within a heat and heats within a die, not one straight sample.

Scrap use must reach sorting, melt and chemistry records. A green-factory title does not replace chemical and structural release of a heat.

03 · The die governs section fill

Average wall thickness hides local flow.

Die identity, corrections, bearing, container and billet diameter set ratio and flow. First-off inspection measures critical cavities, not only the outline.

Exit temperature, speed, puller and cooling changes cause twist, waves and seams. Machine readings must match sample time.

After die correction, repeat first-off inspection and segregate before and after material. Mixed boxes may lower apparent defects while erasing cause.

04 · Quench, stretch and age set the profile

Straightness and strength cannot release separately.

Post-extrusion cooling retains solution, stretching removes residual deformation and ageing restores specified properties. All three records connect to one length.

Hardness is a screen, not proof of tensile, yield and elongation. Dimensional retest also considers rack loading and furnace uniformity.

Cut-sample position remains traceable. Where head-to-tail variation is material, a centre coupon cannot cover the whole length or its bundle.

05 · Finish is checked by rack lot

Matching colour does not prove durability.

Alkaline clean, etch, rinse and conversion prepare the base; anodising, electrophoresis and powder each have a distinct window. Rework retains prior condition.

Thickness is measured at defined positions and colour under common lighting and view. Adhesion, sealing or cure receive their own tests.

Rack density, gun path, bath and oven excursions create local weak areas. Whole-length average thickness cannot replace corners and recesses.

06 · Thermal assembly creates a system member

A profile report is no longer enough.

Strip systems check strip lot, knurl, direction, roll setting and post-assembly shear. Pour-and-debridge systems follow material and cure controls.

The same visible section can carry different barriers and cavities. Thermal results belong to the full combination, not a similar series.

The composite member then works with corner keys, connectors and drainage. Transport damage at ends can affect corners and sealing.

07 · Whole-window tests retain full configuration

A specimen needs more than a series name.

The specimen records opening, operation, profiles, reinforcement, glazing, hardware, seals, corners, drainage and fixing. Photos and drawings lock its state.

Air, water and wind have different loading and failure criteria; thermal, acoustic and cycling are further dimensions. One pass does not imply another.

Site problems compare tested and delivered construction. Installation joints, facade drainage and maintenance belong to the building interface and do not all fall on the profile mill.

08 · Three producers show different manufacturing positions

A company list is not shared capability.

Nanya and Jinpeng illustrate architectural and industrial profile extrusion and transition, while Fenfa Technology represents direct window-seal technology. Evidence remains entity- and product-specific.

The 437 firms, 1,270 lines, two million tonnes and RMB 70 billion are park or cluster figures, not capacity, orders or quality of an individual producer.

Reliable coordination traces a window order to billet heat, die, extrusion length, age furnace, finish rack, thermal assembly, seal and whole-window specimen.

Sources and reading notes

County and city governments, the technology bureau and standards platform establish cluster identity, scale, producers and window-technology boundary. Park statistics are not extrapolated to plants, and awards do not replace product tests.

  • Park material records 437 aluminium-profile and supporting firms.
  • The park records 1,270 aluminium-profile production lines.
  • The public profile gives annual capacity of two million tonnes.
  • The cluster exceeded RMB 70 billion in 2024.
