Shenyang

Shenyang was repeatedly rewritten by the South Manchuria Railway zone, machinery industries, the September 18 Incident and PRC heavy industry. Liutiaohu is not an isolated memorial but the point where the Kwantung Army moved from railway control toward seizing the Northeast; Japan’s government subsequently accepted the fait accompli and institutionalised military seizure as colonial rule.
