Sanya: Li textile heritage, Yazhou songs and diverse island communities

Sanya has more than beaches: Li spinning, dyeing, weaving and embroidery, Yazhou folk songs and Danjia songs are distinct cultural threads. They belong to different communities, places and transmission settings and should not be merged into a generic “Hainan minority show.”
