Hebi
Hebi lies on the eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains in northern Henan, where the Qi River links upland and plain. Historic towns and farming traditions in Qixian and Xunxian coexist with the modern coal industry that shaped the urban districts. Yunmeng Mountain offers passes, cliffs and strategy legends, but it cannot stand for Xunxian’s old town, the Qi River ecosystem, rural life or the transition of mining communities.
