HELLO CHINA

MULTI-SKU CONSOLIDATION & DELIVERY

Yiwu small-commodities logistics and delivery cluster

Turn multi-supplier, small-batch and mixed-category orders into a shipment that can be quoted, declared, loaded and traced to clear responsibilities.

Official query desk

Enter waybill, bill-of-lading, container or other query identifiers only on the original publisher page. Prepare the identifiers shown, then query tariffs, ocean, air cargo, rail, courier and all officially published RMB-related currency rates.

Order and delivery boundary

For documents, samples, consolidated freight, rail or sea–rail movements and cross-border parcels organised through Yiwu and its surrounding supply network. Use it to structure a decision, not as a promise of live rates, schedules, capacity or tax outcomes.

  1. 01 · Build an item-level product record — Link every SKU to its supplier, actual producer, materials, use, quantity, price, packing, shipping marks and cargo-ready date.
  2. 02 · Consolidate, inspect and record differences — Reconcile every carton and record shortages, mixed styles, packing differences and inspection results; sharing a container does not justify one vague description.
  3. 03 · Pass the customs and tariff gate — For each SKU, confirm China-side classification, actual origin, destination tariff line, importer and tax path; do not show a total delivery cost while these remain unresolved.
  4. 04 · Compare modes on the same basis — Hold cargo, final address, delivery window and responsibility scope constant before comparing ocean, rail, air and courier options.
  5. 05 · Record every handover — Record the responsible party, document, time and exception handling at warehouse, customs, carrier, transfer and destination handovers.
  6. 06 · Close the arrival and claims loop — Reconcile quantity, packing, damage, tax records, rejection, returns and claim deadlines after arrival.

Compare transport modes

  • Courier and parcels — Documents, samples, low-piece replenishment and small shipments needing door-to-door handover.
  • Air freight — Higher-value, relatively light cargo with tight replenishment windows or costly missed selling seasons.
  • Rail and road–rail services — Batch general cargo for inland Eurasian destinations where timing sits between sea and air and terminal acceptance conditions can be met.
  • Ocean and sea–rail freight — LCL or FCL freight with larger volumes, high sensitivity to cube cost and a plannable delivery window.

Specific seaport candidates

Compare Ningbo Zhoushan and Shanghai by location code, relevant areas, required checks and official access. Port movements do not prove that cargo is on board.

  • Ningbo Zhoushan Port · CNNBG / CNZOS — One of the first nearby seaport candidates to quote for a Yiwu ocean shipment; the final choice still depends on destination coverage, carrier service, actual terminal, cut-offs and total door-to-door cost. UN/LOCODE identifies trade and transport locations; it is not a port-area, terminal, customs-district or carrier-booking code. In the current UNECE directory, CN NGB identifies Ningbo Lishe Airport and must not be used as the Ningbo seaport code.
  • Port of Shanghai · CNSHG — Another major seaport candidate for Yiwu shipments, to compare with Ningbo Zhoushan on destination coverage, service, first-mile transport, gate conditions and total cost rather than choosing by port ranking. UN/LOCODE identifies a trade and transport location, not a terminal or booking code. In the current UNECE directory, CN SHA identifies Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and must not be used as the seaport code.

No total delivery-cost result while core facts are unresolved

Dispatch from Yiwu does not determine a tariff. At minimum, resolve each item description, six-digit HS candidate and the destination's longer tariff line, actual production and origin, destination customs territory, declaration date, importer and customs-valuation method.

  1. 01 · Classify the product first — Build an identifiable description from actual materials, construction, function, use, brand and specification; do not guess an HS code from a sales name.
  2. 02 · Then establish origin — Place of production does not automatically confer preferential origin; check product-specific rules, regional value, tariff shift, direct transport and proof.
  3. 03 · Build an explainable customs value — Beyond transaction price, check freight and insurance, commissions, tooling or packing, royalties, related parties and other additions.
  4. 04 · Check destination taxes and measures — Use destination official systems to check MFN or preferential duty, import tax, excise, trade remedies, quotas, permits and low-value rules.
  5. 05 · Put responsibility in the quote and contract — Name the importer, declarant, tax payer, Incoterm and the owner of additional duty, inspection storage, returns and classification disputes.
